Big news! The legendary Sam Ashton-Booth will be taking over our counter starting this Tuesday 23rd July and introducing ‘The Allotment’. Sam’s love of veg and care for provenance on his plates sees him working closely with good friend Jake ‘Wiggo’ Ball on his allotment in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. His menu at Counter Culture will be shaped by what is currently being harvested on Wiggo’s land.
