Just look at the opening hours. They don't pick up the phone.

If they were in the private sector they'd have gone bust years ago.

It does not matter what time of day you call the County Court, there is never any answer to the phone! This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. How on earth can a system be so un-user friendly?

Family court hearings took over a year to be finalised.
Had to go back 4 times to find that the paperwork and referrals hadn't been made.

Totally useless and a waste of taxpayers money.

Absolute dogsh*t experience. Waited a month for a response, regarding a money compensation claim, and the response I received was that they did not receive any documents, despite me having given the office EVERY piece of document needed.

Not only that, but they lost it again! Lazy, useless, desk working a**eholes!

Oh right, so they are open for just one minute each day!?
