By committing to rent a property long-term County Rents provides residential investors, particularly buy-to-let investors with a guaranteed rent, thereby guaranteeing a steady return on their investment and leaving them free to focus on when to buy and sell.

Once an agreement is reached you will receive the agreed rental payment regularly, on the same day each month.
