Bastille Day Brunch!

Coupette, Bethnal Green’s French-inspired cocktail bar, is teaming up with one of Paris’s most charming brunch spots, Café Mericourt, to celebrate Bastille Day in style with lashings of beautiful Gallic food and drink.
On July 15th the team from Café Mericourt will be taking over Coupette’s kitchen to serve up a set menu of breakfast delights including its famous shakshukas, sweet and savoury pancakes, freshly prepared granola, fresh juice and artisanal coffee.
Of course a ce...lebration of everything French wouldn’t be complete without champagne, which will be served alongside the brunch from one of the most famous maisons, Moët et Chandon. Coupette’s much lauded cocktails will also be available.
Book your spot to this French feast, priced at £35 per person, by emailing info@coupette.com. Tables are available between 10am - 3.30pm.
Once the plates have been cleared the Bastille Day celebrations will continue into the evening with resident French bartenders from across London jumping behind Coupette’s bar to create cocktails using the bars extensive range of French spirits and regional products.

Wonderful drinking experience. Loved the service first and foremost - Daniel - as always a master of his trade from the very start to the very end. The Truffle White Negroni was super tasty and just the right size. Of course, it’s obligatory to also have the Champagne Pina Colada, best rift on a classic I’ve ever had. This is it friends: your new favorite bar in London. An easygoing neighborhood bar vibe with the best drinks ever in London (cit.). Together with Rusty and the Singapore crew, we tried almost the entire drink list. Our favourites were Apples, Ramos/gin/figue and of course, the world famous Champagne Pina colada.



Chris Moore is one of the most down to Earth guys I've met. Dan Schofield as senior bartender not only executed Chris' drinks to perfection but was such a pleasant guy. He immediately memorized our names and was a hero for charging my phone in the middle of a drink order. You must visit this bar!!! #straightouttabethnal

My partner and I wanted to try here after reading great reviews. We finally went last month. Coupette did not disappoint and exceeded our expectations in many ways. Fantastic cocktails, engaging staff who are clearly very knowledgable mixologists and charming setting. Can’t wait to go back and try a few more of the wines and cocktails....

A beautiful venue, with a very enjoyable atmosphere and a great selection of drinks (beers too, not just cocktails!), as well as very friendly and attentive staff.



A gem in the heart of Bethnal Green that I strongly recommend.
