Good morning everyone. I am away at the moment housesitting but I still have my phone on me and I have covered all jobs with our ladies! Off to the gym this morning for the first time in a long time!. I'm so excited, I'm starting a fitness programme 2nd October! Pilates, yoga and fitness classes are being offered at my client Lorna's Studio in Mayfield to everyone on the programme! Let me know if anyone wants to join! I will be fit before my holiday! 😊😊
