We went there last night......food was excellent and plentiful the service was impeccable...attentive yet discreet. My granddaughter loved the milkshakes....she had 2! And the choice of cider wow I enjoyed mine so much I ordered a box today from their suppliers

We visited this morning for breakfast with our 2 young boys. Breakfast was fantastic,plenty of choice to suit all of us! Staff were very nice and friendly, highly recommend this restaurant xxx

Very good burgers in this small bistro burger bar. Very good selection of draught and boxed ciders. I opted for the trump tower, great double 4oz burger with pastrami and cheese. Service was great and staff weren't in your face nor ignored you. Happy smiley faces makes for a good atmosphere.

Stunning food, amazing service and beautiful location. Several times I have visited this restaurant and every time I have been extremely satisfied with the food, the staff are incredibly friendly and eager to meet every need. The picturesque view of the church yard is a lovely addition to a pleasant breakfast, lunch or dinner. The ciders here are amazing and would highly recommend people to try them. Keep up the good work guys.

Just had a GURT LUSH meal in here tonight for my wife's 40th. Can fault the staff or the food! Can't say much about the excellent range of ciders as I was driving �. Jasmine and Ellie are a credit to your team. Will be back soon, hopefully it'll not be my turn to drive.

I was fortunate enough to win a voucher for Cow & Apple. This was our first visit and included our very excited 3 year old. We chose to go early, so not to bestow our very noisy munchkin on other diners.

Very good service, good range of burgers and a great range of cider.

We enjoyed our meal, burgers were delicious and extremely filling (I failed to eat my sweet potato fries). Our 3 year old was impressed with her burger, it was a pretty big children’s portion and a decent price for a meal, drink and ice cream.

Good to find a place that’s family friendly that’s open all day, perfect for an early tea with the toddler thats not your usual chain restaurant. Thank you, we’ll be back.

I order me em’ beer, steak, and more beer. Y’all made it granny-slappin delicious!! Em’ seats were as snug as a bug and y’all didn’t mind my clod-hoppers shaking ‘em Apples off the trees as I moved about. This place ain’t no honky-tonky but it still felt like home sweet home! After having one too many boilermakers, em’ folks talked like leprechauns and gave me an awkward eye as if I looked like I fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down. But you’uns prefer their own cup of sweet peach tea. You’d be a yaller dog if you pass this fine diner by on your next outing to the pasture.

Here right now and the food is tasty an delicious, polite staff, drinking the black cow vodka for the first time, would highly recommend it � �

We were a table of nine and no one had a complaint, staff were really helpful and quick. Each time we ordered something to add on the service was great didn't have to wait long at all for mains puddings or drinks. Defiantly value for money. Great atmosphere inside and out and they were in no rush to move you on especially as we were there a bit later on.

Will definitely be going back

Excellent food, excellent selection of drinks and good, friendly service. I like the fact that when I go in with the kids, we get looked after and toys are left for kids to play with.

Came on Monday as i won burger of the month 'spring chicken' and was definitely not disappointed it was 3 times the size than photo though really enjoyed it thank you cow and apple Dorchester made to feel welcome and comfortable staff were top notch too

Came last night, had a very good meal and a pint with my daughter. Staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. Bringing the hubby next time. Best meal out I have had in ages x

Great food, the gurt burger was amazing. The only criticism I would have is the price, felt it was expensive for just a burger but it wouldn't stop me coming back. Keep up the good work 🖒🖒

Only went here as we 'Won' a £10 voucher on their Facebook page.

The staff were nice...bit awkward but nice! The place itself is well laid out and a bit quirky. The food was lovely but NOT worth the price very over priced for what you get. When going to pay all the staff didn't have a clue about the Voucher we had won... even their book labelled 'vouchers' was empty. The staff agreed the discount anyway but didn't check what my name was, hope everyone named Liz has a lovely £10 off in the future �. Overall the experience was ok.

Only had an hour for lunch waiting near on half an hour for food which was only tacos and fish fingers and small bits of chicken got my food 15-20 minutes before having to rush off so not overall impressed with the service seeing as how we have been here many times and the service has been ok.

Let's hope that because the new one is being opened the original isn't being left in the hands of young people that don't have the experience and let what it was slip .May try this again but may not !

Nice place and good food but ruined by the fact that everyone, apart from us, sitting round the tables outside on a sunny day was smoking. Please could you have a designated area, or ask customers not to smoke while others are eating? It ruined an otherwise pleasant meal.
