Poor customer service. When I had a warranty issue I had to go direct to trek to sort out the issue! Poor maintenance - rounded my through axle bolt on the day I got it and wrong springs were fitted for my weight, just gone to service my forks to find no oil and no seals fitted!! DO NOT USE!!
