Cowper & Newton Museum

The Museum exists to conserve, develop and maximise access to its buildings, collections and tranquil gardens, thereby promoting the public understanding and enjoyment of William Cowper and John Newton and some of the greatest stories of the 18th century. Olney is the home of the world-famous hymn ‘Amazing Grace' and in 2022 /23 we are commemorating the 250th anniversary of the hymn - visit our website to find out more!
