Excellent online ordering service and products that are hard to find elsewhere (not cloned or copied but the genuine article). Delivery was super fast. I ordered at 3pm on Monday and the product arrived at 12 noon the next day. From ordering to dispatch was literally a matter of minutes! Excellent communication from the Sales Team.

Excellent choice of genuine original products. Web site is very clear and easy to follow and the full and accurate product descriptions make it easy to find exactly the right products. Orders are processed very efficiently, pricing is very competitive for a genuine HP product, customer is fully informed about order processing, and delivery method and time of day, and delivery is fast. I ordered a specific HP laptop power supply on Sunday evening, and exactly the right, brand new and official HP unit arrived soon after noon on Tuesday. It doesn't get any better than that. Thank you to Coywood for stocking such a wide range of genuine manufacturer products and giving me the exact choice that I wanted. Very re-assuring when you want original quality products and not cheaper copies or substitutes. Highly recommended.

MacBook Pro charger packed up in the middle of some important work yesterday. I rang Coywood at 3.30 and a replacement was delivered 8.30 this morning. Plugged in and working fine. Thank you for a speedy service. Well done

Just had Dave from Coywood in to review our business computers. He's funny, professional and brilliant. All our computers are now working quicker and we feel we are better protected and have received better advice than we had from some of the national branded companies. this company is not after as much from you as they can, they give good, helpful advice and save you expenses wherever possible. Excellent 5 star personal customer service when you need it most. The new charger I received for my laptop was faulty - which is no fault of Coywood - but to my amazement when I called to let them know they 1) understood my frustration 2) immediately sent me a replacement AND did this by special delivery as I was going away for work the following day and needed the charger 3) trusted me to post the faulty item back at my convenience 4) refunded me the postage costs for sending back the faulty charger.

Can't say fairer than that and I will be coming back for all my laptop needs.

Having been messed around by 2 chains supplying incorrect equipment Coywood were able to resolve my problem in 5 minutes. Supply the power cable the next day & at a very reasonable price. Would recommend wholeheartedly

It took a little back a forth to get the right model, but that we entirely the fault of the original manufacturer and not Coywood Computers. They were prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent knowledge and customer service. If I need anything that they sell again I will be back.

I ordered an ASUS charger (difficult to find at other retailers for some reason) on 27 January and received it on 1 Feb. I was left feeling very impressed with this company. Not only was the order promptly delivered but also the charger had the continental European power plug. I had been expecting a charger with a British power plug, as I made my order with a British company, but the sales personnel were kind and thoughtful in considering that I reside in Switzerland and thus making sure that I received a charger with a Swiss power plug for my convenience. Would like to thank this company for its effective service.
