BMW 435d on the dyno yesterday for some more Dev work on the BMW platform!
Repeatedly good results on this platform petrol and diesel!
OBD with CMD on this occasion!
... Leaving all Emission related tables stock for a nice clean tune!
Sports Gauges adjusted.. these stock are under-scaled

We now supply and stock a wide range of Hybrid turbos for most applications, we can also work on new platforms if required for your business model!
Tunes will either be supplied or worked on as development with the dealer if the turbo is new specifically for your business.
... We will also be supplying + stocking the intakes etc needed to go with the turbos!

This is another highlight for the need for prechecks before tuning sessions, issues like this can be detrimental, and cause no end of issues post tuning (if they last that long).
This was a bodged boost pipe found with just a simple smoke test!
Also the avenues for further sales to repair and diagnose issues can be brilliant for businesses in the tuning sector!

# Recommended Software #
I get asked a lot about what I use to view logs - mainly CSV files, and I see a lot of people fiddling around with excel etc and wasting lots of precious dyno time!
First cars I got into with tuning was the Evo and Subaru range, and with that I came across EcuEdit, mainly for building tunes and the ability to log and flash with the tactrix cable..
... With this software comes a Logviewer which imo is great and its free to use!
Auto scales - Auto graphs and comes with a wide range of different views, and works flawlessly with Csv files!

Stage one and Stage two tunes now complete and ready for the market!
Stage one - Stock vehicle with intake - 420hp
... Stage two - Downpipes with either sports cats or decat - Cat back exhaust (remus and akrapovic proven to be good) also panel filter required - 450hp
Zf8 Tuning available with optimised torque limits for stage one, and the above with shift speed and rpm raised for stage 2.
Gauges update available at same price as the tune no additional when purchased with a tune.
CP Cal custom Traction control tuning also available on request!
Note - Stage two tunes would be best accompanied with an LSD fitted, we are currently working with quaife to be able to offer this to dealers.

Golf R MQB Update!
TTE535 turbo basefiles now completed with supporting DSG file if needed!
Turbo Technics V5 turbo basefiles also completed again with DSG file if needed!
... TTE535 power - 540hp - 480lbft (2 bar) V5 Power - 530hp - 500lbft (2 bar)
Both turbos capable of more if the engine is built before hand.. both also require LPFP upgrades!
When travelling above 2 bar, 2 x 4 bar map sensors must be fitted for control.

Further development has now been completed on the DQ250 MQB DSG Boxes!
Due to hard coded restrictions we have always been stuck at 640nm request no matter what was done.. now we have found a way to code out that hard limit and remove it completely!
With clamping pressures capable of holding any stage 3 power, and shift changes so fast you dont even notice you have changed!
... You wont get this software anywhere else..
