The principal aim of CP Training Solutions is to guard staff and provide appropriate training in order to meet legal compliance requirement. The training equips staff with the skills and knowledge to deal efficiently with challenging episodes, ensuring safety to patients, staff and visitors in the work settings. Additionally, the training advocates meeting patients' needs whilst managing risks safely and in line with the underpinning principles of the NHS, The National Institute for Health, Care Excellence (NICE) and Care Quality Commission (CQC). The PMVA modules covered are facilitated in accordance with the current legislative guidelines. The modules follow the National Federation for Personal Safety (NFPS) syllabus to ensure that safety is promoted at all times. CP training solutions strives to encourage staff to primarily de-escalate and ONLY to physically intervene effectively and safely when it is deemed necessary. Physical intervention is used as a last resort and it is done with the aim of minimising greater harm to staff and patients.
