At Crêperie Angélie we use organic flour in our crêpes; buckwheat for the savoury and organic white for the sweet. The eggs we use are free range and we have sourced as much of our products as possible from local sources. In this way we can ensure the finest and freshest ingredients in order to provide a quality experience for our customers.
