The former White Horse pub in the village of Leire has been transformed by a vibrant family team – Paul, Nathan and Cheryl Burrell.
It now offers a classy, contemporary and relaxed environment where guests are treated to exquisite dishes. These always pay homage to the top quality key ingredients, be they from the sea, like the lobster, crab and monkfish, or from land, such as the tender steaks, chicken or lamb. Head chef Liam Kerrigan honed his skills at renowned venues in France and Ireland before bringing them and his flair to Leire.
