She has over 10 years' experience working in the creative and digital sectors, across a variety of different roles – from a solo freelance content specialist, to a tech agency head of department. Having always had a passion for personal development (and a bugbear for bad management) she set up Craft Coaching to support founders and directors in stepping into a thought leader position – rather than just a manager plodding along. She works with ambitious digital leaders and their teams to craft the market-leading position they'd always envisioned.
