Crafter’s Companion takes potential Intellectual Property infringement very seriously. Over the 13 years of the business, we have defended our Patents, Trademarks and Design Registration many times around the world and therefore have great empathy with what Marco Fiorilli and the other copyright holders are going through. This is why we, as soon as we first became aware of the situation last month, have been so keen to try and reach a fair and amicable agreement retrospective...ly with the copyright holders of any suspected image.
There has been much chatter over the weekend regarding our post on Friday and the image by Marco Fiorilli which inspired Sheena’s SteamPunk Woman stamp. We had agreed on a collaboration with him for this image in mid-November but now, as is his prerogative which we respect, Marco has decided that he doesn’t want his image to be used at all. The majority of this stamp’s sales were made between its launch in October 2016 until March 2017, and although we are aware that, legally, there is no requirement for us to do this, as an act of goodwill, we will allow anyone who bought this stamp to request a refund or a credit on their account. Please contact us with proof that you own this stamp at stampinfo@crafterscompanion.co.uk and we will provide you with more information on how to claim your refund.
We would like to make it clear that we have done everything in our power to make contact and make agreements with the image-holders of the other eight stamps we mentioned on Friday and want to clarify that all are covered by agreements, including full terms under the Fair Usage Policy, and we thank them for their blessing. We must re-iterate to all our customers that Crafter’s Companion allows all Sheena Douglass stamps (bar the Steampunk Woman design) to be used by you under the terms of our Fair Usage Policy, so please ignore any social chatter to the contrary. This includes the eight stamps that we communicated that we have removed from sale going forward as per our agreements with the image holders. The only stamp in our entire portfolio that is not covered by this Fair Usage Policy is the Steampunk Woman stamp.
Throughout this entire process, our main concerns have been with both the image-holders and our customers, to ensure that we keep their best interests at heart and that, ultimately, there is a fair resolution for all concerned. We would like to thank everyone who has supported us in this unfortunate situation that we have unwittingly found ourselves in.

Love the customer service team. I was missing an item from my order, phoned them and it was sorted in less than a couple of minutes. Polite, courteous and helpful.

I have been reading lots of complaints on this site.I just wanted to say that I thought customer service was great. I placed an order and there was a mistake- instead of a whole package of mica powders I got one pot. I sent an email and received an answer saying that they will take care of e problem.They did, and I live in Germany so they even had to pay postage no problem not one word of send the little pot back nothing ,and they did apologize for the inconvenience. So Sara got her team doing there job right. Sure things go wrong, but most of the things can be fixed. As far as I can say I have spent a lot at CC.,and I will keep on doing so.

Crafters Companion in my opinion is the best craft company in the world. They are always super helpful with any problems you have and always truely put the customer first. How many companies really do that these days. They are always my go to for craft supplies as I know I can trust their products every time. They are always top quality and very thought out and well made. I honestly can't rate them highly enough. It matters to me that I get good service and quality products to craft with and they satify my every need

Anyone wanting to learn a craft I will advise you to check Crafters Companion out. They have a extensive range of crafts. There is a fantastic customer service department whom will do anything to help you find what you won’t or sort out a order you’v Placed. I love all there products and try most of them, I love that they do sewing, Sheena Douglass products, Sarah designs. And more I cannot rate them enough. Give them a try you won’t regret it.

I bought the Gemini last July and was thrilled by how well it cut ,but after only a few weeks the boards were so badly misshaped that I struggled to get them to go through the machine . I had purchased it from hobycraft but when I contacted their customer service department they basically didn't want to know and told me that it was to be expected and I would have to purchase replacement boards which at £9.99 each makes it very expensive if you have to do that every few weeks . Anyway after contacting crafters companion and speaking to a lovely lady there I was sent new boards which are now great . Basically I found out from my conversation with her that you don't always need all the board and magnetic sheet so I left the magnetic sheet out and it cuts perfectly , and I much prefer to put my card down first so that I can place my die exactly where I want it . But if you find you want the magnetic sheet try removing the plastic shim and if need be put an extra sheet of paper or thin card on top . Just play around but Don't put all the boards plus the magnetic sheet through first time , that's why they distort there is too much pressure . I think the instructions should say this instead of saying to use them all . Also remember to turn your boards each time and I'm sure like me you will find it much easier and cheaper as they will last much longer . Happy crafting . 😄

Crafters companion are very helpful but we pay a lot of money for these die sets and the problem with the easel card dies does anyone else have the same problem they don’t cut at all cleanly. I have the Gemini and I have to put it through at least 4 times it’s so very frustrating I have ordered the new easel card die set from last week. I am seriously going to just send it back, I also have the same problem with the clear and opaque panels they are so bent it’s ridiculous my children bought it me for Christmas oh I am so frustrated.

Before Xmas I was bought a Gemini as a present by my mother and after less than 20 uses (all with thin dies) the motor failed, the plates jammed in the machine and I had to return the machine to the supplier which is 40 miles away and got a replacement. Within 5 uses this time exactly the same thing happened! Now, I read the instructions before I used it, I didn’t force the plates through, I did everything to the letter. The supplier was less than helpful both times and had to threaten them with taking legal advice before I got a refund but no apology. Obviously I was unlucky but will certainly think long and hard before considering CC items again

Purchased magazine from hsn specifically for the birdhouse in mag. Went to website noted in magazine. Nowhere in website can I find template to download. Also email them and got no reply. Does anybody have any ideas how to download the templates. Since I got no reply to my email will , probably sent it back for a refund.

Poor customer service, took over 6 months to resolve an issue with faulty products. When the products were replaced they were thrown in an envelope with my details crudely scribbled in marker pen on the front of it. The envelope contained no curtesy note or note of any kind what’s so ever.

I guess my money will be better spent with a company that cares for their customers. As I never intend to spend another penny on their products!!!

This order was placed on 4 March. 6 March I received an email regarding delayed delivery because of weather conditions and it was rescheduled to 7 March your email didn’t say what was being delivered, the assumption was it would be the above order. I changed my appointments to ensure I was home for the delivery. I waited in anticipation for my order to be delivered, can you imagine my surprise when DPD handed me a small envelope containing a Hochanda badge!!!!!!!!!! I had another email yesterday saying est. delivery BY 13 March and again I have waited all day for my delivery and it’s now 21.28 and no delivery. This is the first time I have spent this kind of money on a craft item and I’m very disappointed. Are you expecting me to wait in tomorrow and Thursday or even Friday. It will be 10 days since I placed my order. I’ve had no apology other than an offer of £5.00. I will be cancelling my Freedom DD and it will be very unlikely I will be making and further purchases. I intent to copy and paste this message on your FaceBook page and on to Crafters Companion FaceBook page.

Just received two sewing items from the sale and it looks like they've been used as footballs - they were going to be gifts but I couldn't give these boxes as they are very dirty and the seals have been opened and then resealed. very disappointed - as when they were launched on c&c a lot was made of the boxes to be used for the gift.

I'm a little annoyed. I'm still waiting for an order I placed on May 25th from CC UK and it's now July 3, because CC USA was out of it and customer service for CC UK has not responded to any of my emails. I love crafter's companion products, but this is ridiculous.🤨

I have purchased may glitter sprays and they clogging up after using once or twice. Crafters Companion did send me 3 replacement tins. Two have clogged up after using once at £5.99 a can it is not cheap so not happy

I have been trying to place an order at Crafter's Companion since there sale started on Friday May 25. I have sent SIX email since then asking them for help and as of now Tuesday May 29 I have NOT heard a word back. The message I am getting say something like name address city state country and that is all there in black and white. I can not figure out what else they want and this will not be the first order that I have placed with them. The reason I order from them is because the one in the US does not have the same sales as the one in the UK. My order was right around $100, maybe that is not enough for them. I'm sorry that I an posting this here but do not know what or where else to go. I love their stuff and would really like to stay in there good gracies, but I at least think I also deserve an answer, an email reply I'm not trying to get anything started just need so help and was hoping that someone on here could help and tell where to go and what to do as they don't read emails that go to customer service. The sale is over and now I will have to pay full price. Please anyone out there help. Thank you for taking the time to read this and give me any help you can it will be greately appreciated.
