Great when Craniosacral Therapy is being mentioned in published articles, spreading the word.
Thank you!
Today I was asked ....If you had to explain to my 5 year old boy, in one sentence, so he understood what you do.... What would you say?
My reply “Stop it hurting so you feel better”

Please read Marks story about how Craniosacral Therapy has helped him. Mark Rawlins, was one of the people who was treated at the Upledger Craniosacral Intensive Programme for PTSD last November, that I had the honour to be a therapist on.
Mark was so inspired by his experience on the programme, that he is undertaking a Tour de Force cycle ride from John O’Groats to Lands End, to raise money to support more people with PTSD to benefit from intensive CST treatment.
With CST’s ability to balance the autonomic nervous system, practitioners can facilitate a much calmer, relaxed (parasympathetic) state and the autistic individual can then focus and interact more successfully.
Great article on CST and autism in this #Autismawarenessmonth
April is CranioSacral Therapy Awareness Month! CranioSacral Therapy (CST) was pioneered and developed by osteopathic physician John E. Upledger following extensive scientific studies from 1975 to 1983 at Michigan State University, where he served as a clinical researcher and Professor of Biomechanics.
CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
A lovely description of Craniosacral Therapy😄
