What a great place for the kids to get rid of some energy and a great place for a kids party

We visited this morning and had a lovely time. The play areas have plenty of space. Smaller area for children under 3.

Everywhere was clean and tidy.

The sensory room was lovely.

We even got a complimentary got drink, juice and biscuits.

Thank you to the wonderful staff at crash bang wallop!

Took my son and he's friends for tea tonight for my son birthday, staff was lovely, even let us take a cake in, kids enjoyed there meal, staff were very helpful even brought our cake over for us, clean, tidy, perfect evening, thank you

Really love it here, had another party for my daughter today. Staff are great, really helpful. Love that they expect the adults to be in there with kids, when I joked that the only thing to improve was the slipplyness of the slide, they said it's just been polished so try now. WARNING it was super slippy, great fun but quite small children need to be supervised as it's VERY fast. Brilliant value for money and no tidying up!

My great nephew loves this place, we have been a couple of times now and the adults had as much fun as the little ones! Clean and the staff are friendly, can't wait to visit again.

Just had a great couple of hours of after school fun with my 2 boys! It's a dark and rainy afternoon but still lots of parking available, loads of comfy seating and great play facilities. We were offered a meal deal with the entry price which I hadn't expected but we took advantage of with unlimited squash - - a play and tea thrown in too!! The staff were all lovely and the toilets nice and clean which is unusual in many play centres, great stuff...will be booking our next birthday party here! :0)

Ignore all the negative reviews the few moaning individuals have left, place is the cleanest indoor play area around, safe, friendly staff & also free for children under 1



I've tried all the other local ones to this and there hanging to death with broken worn items & dirty

I can't fault the staff and the soft play has been improved since our last visit about 12 months ago. The toddler area is so much better with more for them to do and the main play area is much better now I don't have to lift my child through tiny holes to get to the slide.



The only thing stopping me giving 5 stars is that the children's meals are the size of an adults. The portion of chips could be cut by at least half and there would still be too much. I buy one meal for mine to share. Last time I went I ordered jacket potato with their fish fingers and they had 1.5 potatoes EACH. There was enough on one plate for both my children and me to eat.

Haven't been in here in about 4 yrs

Do think that toddler home area should stay open til 3 as lots toddlers upset it closed

Older children after school wouldn't be interested

Surely it can be tidied and cleaned later

Or would suit open all day

As lots of children coming after school will have younger siblings

Went this evening to the Halloween party. I don't know what they'd done to the big slide but it was lethal! My daughter who is 4, came down the slide, went so quick that she lost her balance and hit the side of her face against the slide while coming down. She was distraught. I went to the desk to ask if anything had been done to the slide as when I'd been previously it was never that quick. I was told that it was no different and it was suggested that my daughter's Halloween costume was to blame. I said I had seen other children flying off the end of the mats which I guess are at least 10ft from the end of the slide! I was offered an ice pack and the lady said she would go and have a look. I witnessed at least 6 children who came off the slide in tears after banging their heads. My daughter isn't the most confident and I think this has put her off going down a slide again!! The rest of the party was great, no complaints but I've been left a little disappointed from a safety aspect.

Soft play is brill. But the food was despairing. £4 for a jacket potato with tuna and it wasn't very nice. My son had sausages mash and beans, the mash wasn't proper mash potato it was from a jacket potato and was lumpy. Wouldn't eat there again but my son and I enjoy the soft play every time We visit.

Hour wait at least for food for my toddler. But can't take own snacks etc.

Poor kids it's either play or eat and then come back and pay again. Not exactly right is it that.

No organisation. 7 parties at once, at a weekend like weekends aren't going to busy is well . I think there must be a toddler working in the offices for such poor organisation.

When arriving at crash bang wollop after a long drive was a few minutes late kids were starving all three to be told by a very rude staff member I was to late finish serving at 5.45 was only 5 minutes over the time � had only short time there and went to Kentucky for my grandchildren to eat � really not happy with the service there �� Have received a message on messenger service from one of your staff this morning no one member of staff was mentioned when I wrote my review, I do not expect your staff members to be contacting myself on my messenger service and am not happy about this , they have looked me up on FB. � This is not professional and I will not be coming back to crash bang wollop!!!!

Went there today totally handled a situation with my son in a totally wrong manner he has learning difficulties and does not understand most things . And how dare you go and try and speak to my child without speaking to me or his mom first. I'm not one for giving reviews but I fell this is needed . It's cold it smells damp and needs updating. I will never return there .���in future I think you need to here both sides of the story before putting a judgement on a 6 year old with disabilities. Poor poor poor you don't even deserve this rating and as for having people stand in the entrance waiting to come in I'm sure fire marshals would have something to say I'm disgusted with this crash bang wallop

Not the first time we have tried this place, always seems so unorganised and under staffed. Tried the food this time and it was shocking!!! I wouldn't even give it to a dog, I had the chip buttie and the chips were fried to death to the point where they were rock solid, and nearly all of them had no potato inside!! I mean what am I paying for, they were disgusting. Will definitely not visit again and strongly advise you not to purchase any of the food.

It was poor went literally 5 mins ago with the staff saying it’s full when it’s empty in there when asking the staff at the till why they are saying it’s full when it’s not she said it’s because of the tables and we asked what about the tables to which she replied there full when there is literally 1 person sitting at each table so no matter how empty the play area is if the tables have loads of spare seats and 1 person occupying them they class there selves as full and when you state this too them they have no answer and just stand there stare at you and not reply and make you look like an idiot at the till us along with 4 other families just walked out of there disgusted at the manor of how the staff dealt with the situation. Us and the 4 other families are now at adventure land which is far better and the services here are too

I don't mind paying to get in a place like this even with 5 kids, I don't even mind paying the extortionate price for a coffee and very overpriced over cooked food for my kids. Which they are happy to eat, but I will not. BUT to be told that we can't bring a small birthday cake in for my twins birthday that day is..... Well it's a bad marketing strategy because we won't be returning. (EVER) The staff member first said we couldn't bring the cake in because of the candles and insurance purposes. We explained that we wouldn't be using candles, but then we were told that because we hadn't booked a birthday party there they would not allow us to bring the cake in. What kind of business are you running???

I will tell you what kind!!!! The kind of business that won't be very profitable after too long, especially when you treat paying customers like that. I will now be taking my money/kids elsewhere.

I came Crash Bang Wallop yesterday with my children to play. Unfortunately my daughter Hannah banged her head up against the netting in the area with the large blue balls causing a puncture wound to her forehead. I took her directly to the server counter and asked to see the first aider as her head was pouring with blood. I was told "we dont have a first aider", and was offered some wet paper towels and a plaster. I had to ask that the accident book was filled in as this was not mentioned by the staff, and I was not asked to sign this by the gentleman who filled it in who stated that he was the manager, there was only one other staff member present that I could see and this happened about 4.30pm.



While the staff were pleasant and showed concern, in reflection I am a little taken aback that an establishment such as your own doesnt have a first aider present. I have spoken to RoSpA this afternoon and they confirm that a first aider should be present on every shift and I shouldnt have had to ask for the accident book and I should have signed it. I was told that Crash Bang Wallop are in breach of their safety standards and regulations.



Hannah was fine in herself after the accident and thankfully its wasnt too serious, however I have had to take her to the GP this morning as she has been up all night complaining of a headache and feeling sick. Thankfully she is fine, and just needs some rest and calpol.



While I understand that this was purely an accident and just one of those things I cant help worrying that if a more serious accident was to occur and there are no first aiders present how serious it could be.



As a parent I am aware that establishments such as your own arent babysitting services and that my children remain my responsibility,however it worries me that if my child was to have an accident in the playframe which was more serious, there are no first aiders who know basic first aid to help.



As a regular customer I am aware of other moans and groans, but I have always brushed them off as my children love to play here and Ive always felt that it is a safe environment, however I have to say after this incident that I am very disappointed and im afraid you fall short of the statement you make on your web page - The safety of our guests is of paramount importance to us and so we have systems in place to ensure the highest of safety standards.

Gutted had to give a star really am use to be really nice took the kids there today first time in about 3 years due to moving house really horrible place in my opinion obviously everyone has different standards

The staff made my middle daughter cry as she has just gone four and was playing in the upto 3 years out I would understand if she was running around etc but she was sitting with her 12 month old brother who can barely walk and her 2 year old brother.

Again not sure if it's a expectations thing but if I was to talk to people in my job I would probably end up having to take a dead end job somewhere like this place that star really does bother me won't be going again thanks for the efforts would be better to pay above minimum wage and take people on with manners who are able to talk to children in a way they would be prepared to talk to the children gutless brain dead waste of space venue anyone like to contact me regarding this I'm more than happy to discuss:-)
