We have set a lot of equipment aside for our own plans, but there is so much stuff, Mark & Jon have hoarded for over 30years! 😆 We have decided some of the gear will be best going to a new home.
... So, If you or somebody you know would be interested in buying speakers, drums/drum sets or PAs either drop us a message or come along and have a look on Saturday. All serious offers will be considered. The list of equipment (with the exception of the speakers because there is too many of them!) for sale is in the excel images, you might have to zoom in to see it 👇🏻

Will the Paul McCartney lookalike please stand up?
Today whilst going through one of the lockers at Crash we found these set of photos. We couldn’t help but think one of the boys in the photo looks like Paul McCartney! We quickly figured the photos look they where taken around the 70s maybe later? So it couldn’t possibly be him, But it would be great to find the owner so we can return them. Do you recognise the people in the photo? If so let us know. I have a bet with Mark t...he lads are probably around 50 now - what do you think?

*Jon & Mark Legends! & Introduction*
Shaun here, one of the new owners of the legendary Crash Studios.
It is an honour to have been passed the baton at the Crash Studios from legends Mark & Jon. Being from Liverpool ourselves we value the role the Crash studios has played in Liverpool’s musical heritage over the past 30 plus years.
... From first time rookies to legendary bands such as Echo and the bunnymen, Cast, The Zutons, The Coral, Atomic Kitten, The Farm, Wet Wet Wet, just to name a few! They have all regarded the Crash studios as an epicentre for the development of artists within our city, and beyond. Mark and Jon have treated all with equal respect and gained a massive following because of their ethos.
As times are changing we must breathe new life into the building, and though we cannot emulate the memories that Mark and Jon have created over the years we have sought to honour the heritage of The Crash in the best way we can.
We have exciting plans that will move the Crash into a new era whilst keeping its cultural backbone of live music.
We would like to thank Mark and Jon for allowing us the privilege to be a part of the Crash’s history & as one chapter ends a new one begins.
I & my business partners Mike & Mark, will keep you posted on our progress (we will also shortly be asking for your help for memorabilia 😬) & hope we can do you & the city of Liverpool proud!

Crash Rehearsal Studios press statement.
Great news for the city's music scene.
For several years, we have been looking for suitable custodians to continue our legacy.... As landlords, we have been in a unique position to determine the optimum time to retire. In addition, we have had the luxury in deciding who best to hand the baton on to.
The new owners and investors, Mantra, will be keeping the music history and the soul of Crash continuing on into the future.
We are aware that Crash has been a big part for many musicians lives for over 30 years and now the building will be preserved as an iconic music landmark.
The alley, as well as the building, will pay tribute to the Liverpool music scene, and will attract visitors from all around the world.
The improvements will include a revamped Davies Street. It will have multi coloured lighting, creating a fret board road surface, featuring past band names along the paving up "Crash alley."
Crash's headquarters, Imperial Warehouses, will also incorporate exciting new features, in the form of a live venue, restaurant and serviced apartments, which will extend the height of the building by a further 2 extra floors.
The building will maintain its rock n roll vibe, with Crash and band memorabilia throughout (photos, videos, gear & equipment etc).
This exciting new project will require the building to be stripped out from top to bottom. Therefore, anyone who has got any equipment stored at Crash must remove all gear out of storage and the building by our deadline date of 19/10/2018
Please note that all debts must be paid in full, and failure to remove your equipment by this final date will render it non recoverable. We would like to take this opportunity to give sincere thanks to you all. Hopefully, we will catch you in the next chapter. Farewell for now, Crash.

No they aren't tiny acoustic guitars! However a first for Crash! On just over 3 decades we have had all sorts of genres of music. Punk, rock, gospel, Jazz, rock n roll, country, death metal, blues, Pop, DJ,s. hip hop, Rap.... Ya da ya da

What a shame this facility is closing down! � So Sad to hear this as we’ve only just discovered it!... so many local bands must have passed through.... it’s one less place to rehearse in the city just when we need more!....From my Grandsons myself and all those who have played there THANK YOU!

Used crash a lot in the 1990s and found one of my bands there. Miss the place...

Thank you so much for saving my band this weekend! We travelled up from Nottingham for a gig and my drummer forgot to pick up the kick pedal � All the shops were closed and when I called Mark agreed to let us borrow a kick pedal at the very last minute. Can’t thank you enough! ��

Shoutout to mark, coolest studio owner ever! Great place to rehearse and chill out with everyone. The place is filled with creative people everywhere you look, always welcoming and keen to help you out. the rooms are fantastic, I've spent many a day writing with the old band in here. It's well priced and they have great equipment, plus it's so much easier to get to than Vulcan for public transport users like myself.

Our band Dark Polaris, rehearse and record here. What we love about crash is that there is a raw feel to the place and you can feel the history with in its walls and rooms over the past 30 years. The team who run it are wonderful guys and are always there to help with equipment and sound should you be a little in experienced with equipment etc. They are all great musicians too. I would highly recommend them to anybody just starting out or even seriously experienced. Real people , real rapport and bang on in the city center. Another great thing is that if you are gigging in the city center and you forget a piece of equipment crash are always there to grab what you need. The rates are brill!! See you Wednesday guys x

I’ve rehearsed in Crash Studios with over 10 bands in the last 3 years and I got nothing but good stuff to say about the place. I’m still to find a room in the building that has bad sound. I’ve always been able to hear everybody’s part without effort, which is great for the evolution of the songs because you can correct what doesn’t work before going to the recording studio...

Staff are attentive and very professional. Spot on.

Incredible staff, great gear, amazing atmosphere! Would, and often do recommend to musicians

Great place to rehearse at great prices!

Great place to mind meld and be creative!
