Craven Curry House & Pizza Bar

Last time we ordered from Craven the food was good which is why we thought we would give it another go. Unfortunately I couldn't tell you how the food was tonight as I cancelled my order after 1hr 45mins of waiting only to be told that it was going to be a further 25min wait as it hadn't been sent out yet. Very disappointed, won't bother again as it was a total waste of time.

Bit gutted really because if heard good things. 2 issues. Ordered 6.30pm and advised 1 hour. Got a text after 55mins saying delayed by 15mins (they let us know so positive) got another text at due time saying out for delivery (7.45pm) rang at 8.05pm to be told about issues with Just Eat orders but it was on the way, and yes it would be hot. Food arrived 5mins later, rice was luke warm and roti was cold. Second issue (more of a personal preference) my Chicken Dansak (about 3/5 on a spice scale) although tasty had the spice and sweetness of a Korma. Given a 3 because delivery man was a pleasant guy and the food tasted good just not what I expected (too cold and too sweet). Sorry guys must try harder and happy to discuss

Placed order through app at 19:20 order was confirmed estimated delivery 20:30 which wasn't to bad. But at 21:00 was making calls to shop with no answer??? So got in my car and drove 15 mins to shop to find it shut!!!! Well angry!!! Then got call from my wife telling me it had been delivered and the shop had moved to lancaster and they hadn't got phones on yet???
So I waited two hours for my tea then after getting home it was cold !!! And I could call them to complain.
Totally unprofessional service. Asking for full refund tomorrow!!! Shop is now on Owen rd lancaster.

Food arrived half hour late with no explanation, freezing cold so it tasted like rubber, my Mrs ordered chips and gravy and they put they tiniest bit possible, they said it would be passed on to the manager who would call me...never happened..wont be ordering from again id rather pay the extra for the better service and quality food..overall disappointment.

Food is not clean owener is not cleaned after toilet he not hands wash.kichen very dirty if costomer will see they will not take food from craven.its realy dirty pizza plates.if you dont mind you can see inside kichen and owener.

Amazing, staff are always nice and kind, delivery's are fast and my family loves this place! :)

Curry all the same too spicy waited ages rubbish!!!!

I did order from here a lot but NEVER again. 2 hours NO food, I phoned he said he was waiting for a driver. I said I wanted a refund and they refused. I spoke to just eat and when they rang me back they said I had refused my order. THE ORDER NEVER CAME I WAS STILL WAITING SO HOW DID I REFUSE IT? Now I am being fobbed off by Cravens and Just eat. Just eat say leave a review...(expensive cost to just leave a review) Cravens say they won't refund. NO FOOD & NO MONEY AVOID THESE JOKERS!!!!

Update: Claimed the money back through my bank who took the money back off them.

Rang at 9.35, they said they were
busy and it would be an hour which is fair enough. It was actually an hour and a half and it was cold when it got here. First and last time we will use them.
