Amazing first day of Coaching with Crazy Monkey Defence founder Rodney King working the fundamentals in CM1 and an introduction to CM2. Our huge thanks to Rodney for taking the time to visit us, as well as the visiting trainers from the Isle of Man Joey Smith and Thailand Aaron Le Boutillier and friends from the CM community Carlos Garcia Mendez, David Marlow and Bim Jremner. Looking forward to some street jits today!

After attending last years, I really can't recommend this enough! And visiting Portugal is almost certainly cheaper than a weekend away in the UK. This is a very family-friendly type of event with plenty of time to relax and sight see with your family/partners. Book now while flights are still really cheap 😀

Crazy Monkey Brighton is excited to announce that Crazy Monkey and Monkey Jits Founder, and 4th degree black belt Coach Rodney King will be joining us on the 10th and 11th of April 2019 for 2 evenings of seminars.
We would like to welcome CM Brighton members and friends from the CM community to come and play. *Wednesday 10th April, 6pm: Crazy Monkey Defence *Thursday 11th April, 6pm, Monkey Jits

12 rounds of Christmas! Last session of the year and finishing with a good 12 rounds across the ranges. Thanks to everyone for their support and effort this year, i’m hugely proud of all the work done and progress made. Have a great Holiday period and look forward to seeing you all for the first session back on Thursday the 3rd of January. Merry Christmas! Not much content around here lately but we have been busy! Great work and consistency from the team. Really impressed with our athletes enjoying their CM and MJ in the new(ish) Tuesday morning session. Tonight’s CM session will be replaced with boxing fitness courtesy of Andy, as Chris is on his way to Lisbon to see Rodney, Vince, Eric, Neville and our friends from all over the world.

Just a reminder of this event team. Definitely not to be missed! Lisbon is very convenient from London Gatwick and flights and accommodation are very affordable. Exciting stuff 😎
