I had read all the bad reviews so wasn't expecting a great experience however I was really surprised. We were waited on as soon as we walked in, sat immediately and had our ice creams and drinks served within 15 minutes. Everything tasted amazing, my waffle was hot and my non alcoholic cocktail was full of strawberries and lime. I watched other tables and they all seemed to be getting good service. I will definitely come back.

I had one in the Easter holidays mine was Mint Choc chip ice cream with hot custard waffle It came out but the custard was cold but that didn't stop me from eating the delicious eggy waffle and Ice cream I totally Recommend this waffle. Seem like it wasn't easter holidays in Dorchester so there was no wait and my waffle turned out great!!! when is the next holiday? I can't wait to go to Creams again! When people say That the wait is awful It's only because it's Easter holidays and everyone is ordering at the same time I recommend more desks and employees The wait is worth it I had the most delicious waffle of my Life. So if you don't want to wait for people in Dorchester, just don't going the Dorchester easter holidays there will be fewer people!!! But remember the wait is worth it!!!

Discovered Creams today for the first time! My husband and I both had a Banofee Caramel type waffle with Nutella. Was lovely & fresh and very rich!

A very big thank you as my mother in law has been in hospital recently and so we came in to celebrate her being home and she fancied a crowd pleaser which unfortunately is no longer on the menu but your very kind team made our night by making one especially for us. Thanks again, very helpful and lovely service as always and tasted amazing.

Went today.6 of us. Got a table and ordered. One came out after 30 mins then as the 1st was nearly finished mine came out, then 2 more 5 mins later...then I had to ask about the final 2 as they never arrived and we had all finished. To be told a big table was in and they had messed up with there order and because of that our order got wiped off the screen! An HOUR in total we waited (most of staff stood around doing not a lot)...got offered complimentary drinks (had water, which was tap water not even bottles,for the kids as we couldn't stomach anything after all the icecream!!) All in all...food was great,service to be worked on!!

Came in for my first ever visit today. Love the decor and my waffle was absolutely amazing. I am just completely perplexed as to why I had mine brought out, my sister had hers brought out 5/10 minutes later and then it was a further 10 minutes before our 2 friends had theirs brought out after they had to chase them up. Generally when people order food together they actually do want to eat together! This looks to be a regular complaint on here, perhaps someone should start listening? I sadly won't be returning which is a shame.

Appalling service , wrong drinks brought to table , there were 5 of us we all eat at different times . Teenage staff giggled and ignored us while waiting to place order talking amongst themselves , No serviettes provided . Think it would be better taking orders from tables as people were queued alongside us while eating .... food was very good so no complaints there .

Went here with my fiancee today for the first time having wanted to try it for a long time. First thing was when we walked in there was no clear way of wether we just took a seat or had to order first etc. Next we were finally acknowledged by a member of staff who we thought was very rude initially. We got placed on a table once it had been cleared however no wiped and so it was sticky and had some kind of sauce or something on it. When it come to ordering the food the lady on the till was more polite and so we thought that maybe the rudeness was just a one off and they'd had a busy morning. We then had to wait for about 20 mins half an hour before we got our food. It was not busy and didn't understand why we had to wait so long. I was watching the two girls behind the counter who were cooking ours and other orders and was very shocked to see that nobody was wearing gloves, hair nets or aprons. As a qualified chef I am disgusted in the way these 2 girls were behaving, wiping their noses with their hands and then putting strawberrys on an order after which they wiped their hands on their tops and playing with their hair. Anyway moving on, when our food was eventually brought out to us we were given dirty cutlery to make it worse when I asked the gentlemen that was rude to us on arrival for a new set he did not apologise or even say a word he just snatched them out of my hand and may as well have thrown the clean ones at me! In the mean time while we were eating others around us had left and tables still had half eaten food, sauce and dirty cutlery and napkins on tables which was all still there when we left. The food itself was ok, waffles were a little overcooked and nothing amazing and we will not be returning. I would of given 1 star if I had not eaten the food but was hungry and had already paid so felt I couldn't leave it. !

We literally 'popped' in for some take away ice cream as the children had been playing in the fountains! What should have been quite quick and straightforward was actually quite a long waiting period, whilst know one else was waiting for take away, and four members of staff behind the counter seemed quite inefficient and certainly not in any hurry! Shame really, as the children enjoyed the ice cream! More training for staff please!!

4th visit. All previous one have been just ok.. have experinced Long waits between getting hot wafflrs. Last night really quiet in there 50 mins wait for 2 waffles. Other ppl getting food before us. They forgot to cook our order. Very Poor apology. Could have offered us a drink or something as way of saying sorry. Won't be going back in a hurry. Would rather drive to poole and go to Sprinkles

When we arrived, we were stood at the door waiting for what felt like 5-10 mins whilst staff just stared at us waiting. Finally someone came over and showed us to our table.

The girl on the till was lovely and bubbly and a genrltment that served us too was apolgetic about the wait.

But there was one girl that was rude to my friend who was served whipped cream instead of ice cream & also we waited almost 40 minutes for 2 waffles. Safe to say we won't be attending again 🙂

Well I thought 3rd time lucky as two previous trips were disastrous. Today no better, Waited 25 minutes for a table was told when I walked in it would be approximately 5 minutes as they weren't busy. Then they seated another family before us that literally walked in. I then was told sorry thought we were waiting for an ice cream to take out.Then ordered food 40 minutes later it came. Why can't there be sufficient staff to serve people? Will not be trying again.

Wednesday evening on one of the hottest days of this year I thought I'd take My daughter for an ice cream. After standing at the counter for over 10 mins . The only acknowledgment I received from the 2 girls standing by the waffle making machines was when they glanced up from their phones. Will never go back

Waffle full of egg shell, when staff were told they simply took the plate away. No apology, no offer of a refund. Had to go and ask for a refund as we left a still no apology.



The creams app offers a free scoop of black vanilla but we were told they couldn't use it a even though it's their company's app.



Really disappointed.

Took my mum and brother here for a birthday treat today and was very disappointed! To be spoken to the way we were is just disgusting. We didn't realise we had to be seated so we sat ourselves on a dirty table. The table was then cleared but not wiped and when we asked for it to be wiped down the lady had a massive go and was extremely rude to my mum. We all just sat there in shock. We were about to walk out, but my mum had wanted to try out the cafe for ages. Don't think we will bother again! The whole time we were there no one was shown to a table so I don't know why we were so verbally abused. Don't get me wrong the ice creams were really nice but I don't rate the service at all!

No free tap water but will happily sell you bottled water (500ml) at £2.25, the food came out seperatly bubble pop waffle machine was not working and dirty toilets

Nice woman took our order, ignorant man served our food. After we ate I went to use their only bathroom..

The door was wide open so I figured it was empty and walked on in.

The man who served our food was in there finishing in view of half the restaurant! Lucky it was quiet.

He didn't say a word, didnt wash his hands, didn't even put the seat down just walked off back to the counter.

I felt sick. We left immediately and will never go back.

I came in today and ordered the pancakes for myself my son and my husband and unfortunately mine was terrible it was crispy and just snapped off and there was hardly any filling or sauce very disappointed as I was looking forward to it, I doubt we will be returning
