We went to Creams with the Yr 6 class from Belswains School on friday to celebrate the end of SAT's. We were given our own area for the children and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The staff were all so patient as each child ordered and paid for their own ice cream, even testing the children's maths skills by asking how much change they needed!!! All of the children (and mums!) enjoyed themselves! Thank you!!!!

Visited the store for the first time, couple of days ago and it's a great spot to hang out with a group of friends. Amazing variety of desserts, lovely ambience and really good customer service.

Definitely my new place to hang out! A must try :)

Took 21 guides last night for Christmas treat and had a fab time. I took all the girls orders by name to make it easier for the staff, all ordered came out correct and delicious, staff couldn't of been more accommodating especially for a large party. Would definitely recommend to all

I've been to a lot of desert places, however Creams of Hemel Hempstead takes the top spot in my list.

Amazing staff, great service and of course, really good deserts!

Definitely recommend the waffle/crepe (they're strictly made to order, so really fresh) and the sundaes. A really great treat for anyone who has a sweet tooth!

First time at Cream's and we all loved it. Great ice creams, great service. Krishna the manager was lovely and helpful too. My daughters quote sums it all... "I'm in heaven, but I'm not dead" (Chloe aged 9). Thank you and see you again soon! :)

Fantastic service. I went with my 3 children and, as one of them is allergic to eggs, we asked the staff which ice-creams were egg-free so that he could have some as he couldn't have waffles or crepes because of the egg content. The staff were very helpful, especially Mira (I hope that's how her first-name is spelt...). She offered to prepare an egg-free mixture so that my son could have a waffle. She told us that normally, if we ring the day before to request an egg-free waffle or crepe, they'll have it ready for the next day. Anyway, on this occasion, they prepared it for us on the spot and my son was able to enjoy an egg-free waffle. It looked great and my son found it amazingly good. Thank you!

Excellent food and a real treat for dessert lovers! Being a new shop, I'm really pleased with the service we received as a family, and I will definitely be coming back and spreading good word about the lovely choices this place offers. Ask the staff are keen to get things right and I'm pleased they were so helpful. Thank you creams for a great experience!

The ice cream and the milkshake were very tasty. Had the Mint After Eight Choc Sundae and the Ferrero Rocher milkshake.



The bloke behind the counter when taking my food seemed more interested in swinging his key fob around rather than serving me, just looked like he couldn't be bothered being there.



Also, if you're going to have pieces of Ferrero Rocher in the milkshake you should really make them small enough so they fit through the straw otherwise it just get stuck in the straw and makes drinking the milkshake hardwork.



Food was good, service not so much. Early days yet though.

I went yesterday with some coworkers for a lunch time treat, couldn't really find many faults with it. A criticisms would be that the menu is incredibly extensive. If you take subway as an example they have a few signature subs, but also price up an option for creating your own.



The menus being black and purple aren't very good for readability, and people with impaired vision would probably also have a hard time reading the menu.



Make your menus slimmer, but also make it apparent that you have unlimited choices.



Make your menus brighter, not black and purple.



Keep on top of your staff training and don't neglect them. :)

Terrible customer service. We ordered for two people but only one person's came. We waited and nothing so went up and asked where it was. They had forgotten about it, i had already finished mine! I understand the staff are training and expect some probmems but it was the actual customer service we recieved when we complained. All they said was to come back and try again when staff had more experience but you could have offered a 10% off for that visit but you offered nothing and barely got an apology, they lady we spoke to just bad mouthed the staff that made our desserts �

Ice creams and waffle were lovely, but the staff and service leave a lot to be desired, apart from the two lovely girls working out front, the staff behind the counter were miserable, unhelpful and didn't seem to know what was going on!! At one point we were told we could only have crepes or waffles as there was no soft serve ice cream??!! Shame as my girls were so excited to go down :( also you might want to put the outdoor lights on, looks like it's closed till you get up close. ....We won't be rushing back

yesterday for 10 mins till we been sitted, the staff

was absolutely confuse and overwhelmed of the

busy times. food was not coming at same time

just a word of suggestion in able for food to come at same time for same tables do first the first ticket what comes and then do the same to others and so on. and staff little bit need of organisation as well put few staff only supervising the floor and few behind the bar.

Worst Creams I've ever ordered collection from. I ordered just over £35 worth last night and the service was terrible. We waited for 10mins to be served even though the restaurant was actually quiet. The staff were all over the show, unorganised and unprofessional. When I got home, I found the presentation awful, a white choc indulgent waffle contained a few pieces of strawberry but only one piece of banana. The portion of the additional icecream scoop (£2.50) was the size of a table spoon. The Creams from Garston, Watford is miles better.

We can understand this is new one but service doesn't need much experience to turn to good. My crepe was really hard and didn't had any thing on top. Ordered creams but given with ice cream. Ordered caremal coffee late with cream didn't had any syrup on top. Worst experience. I recommend everyone to go Watford creams then Hemel Hempstead one. It's bit of travelling but worth it.

The queue was out of the door and booths become available but the lady seating people had disappeared. After 20 minutes we had been seated but then we had to queue again to then order but then there was no one serving!! Eventually left without ordering. Poor organisation of staff members during the busy Christmas period.

Service was awful today at 5pm!!! Ice cream sundaes came out 5 minutes after each other so kids were eating separately, milkshakes again didn't come out for 20 minutes and also separately! Floors were filthy and staff had no ideas what they were doing!!! Also ordered a mint sundae which waited 20 mins to be told they didn't have any mint so whilst other children ate there's my daughter had to wait again for a different flavour! Seems it's more a kids hangout with school kids swearing and just using it for a place to go!
