We went as a party of 10 and had great service.... tables were moved to accommodate us all comfortably and all waffles and drinks were served within around 10 minutes of ordering .... fantastic service and fantastic food ��

The best ice-cream and milkshake I've ever had - not too sickly - and at a reasonable price too.



It's brilliant that Creams use proper whole milk because a thankfully dwindling number of cafes use tasteless semi-skimmed milk which really spoils the flavour of the drinks. Whole milk is the healthiest milk being rich in nutrients.

Great place. Very clean. Staff are really friendly and gave my young son and his friend a banana when they were getting bored. Lots of choice in ice cream and pancakes. Nice coffee too. Would return and would (and have) recommended.

Great Staff, Great Shakes, Great Decor, Great Atmosphere.

Had a lovely Chocolate Freakshake which far exceeded my expectations. Milkshake topped with ice cream, with a side of ice cream, and cream with chocolate sauce and sprinkles. Lovely...

We were on a tight schedule so when we were told they would put what we didn't finish in a take away cup it was ideal.

I have to recommend this cafe.

4th time coming here staff friendly great atmosphere, went today they saw my daughter had a birthday badge on so when bringing over ice-cream they decorated the plate with happy birthday and made flowers out of strawberries and all four staff came over singing happy birthday , this was a lovely little surprise my daughter was so happy, that's what I call customer service and above.

Bought a Groupon voucher for 4, on arrival was told I could have 1 sundae, 1 crepe and 1 waffle with 2 hot drinks!!! Tried to say it's a voucher for FOUR and why would I want 3 food items and 2 hot drinks for FOUR people but cashier was insistent. Ordered the 3 food items and 2 drinks and cashier said she would find out about voucher.

3 items came, generous portions, looked great and only took about 15/20 minutes to come.

Waited ANOTHER 10 minutes for her to find out about the voucher. When she eventually did, I was right 4 food items 4 hot drinks. Waited 20 minutes for a plain arse crêpe brought to me in a box and drinks in take away cups!!!! So we waited about 50 minutes for the last Shocking service as she made EVERYONE elses orders before even though it was HER mistake. If I could have been bothered I'd ask for my money back as it ruined what should have been a nice treat.

Been here twice now.. both occasions our order did not come out together, there was only 2 of us, we ended up eating separately. The last time we went I had to rethink my order 3 times due to lack of ingredients available. They really need to.be more organised with their timings on the orders. Going to try other establishments next time to see if their better.

Well we visited Creams in Luton for the first time and thought we would have a nice desert to top off our Lunch. Firstly we stood waiting to be seated for 10mins before being seen to or acknowledged and then when we finally were seated the waiter just walked off and not even given us a menu until my Aunty got up to go and ask for menus and I would of expected someone to go through how things work at creams and go through some of the items on the menu as one of us has a nut allergy and we wasn’t sure which desert to pick? It all just felt very unprofessional and disorganized that we had to just walk of without a desert in the end ��

Visited yesterday lunch time, very disorganised, staff rude and took 45 minutes to receive our order of two waffles. Most of the tables were full of dirty dishes. People who came in after me got served before me! The lady beside me was with her grandson they brought one order then later brought the grandsons order, you don't go out to eat separately! Not impressed.

The counter service was incredibly slow as was the delivery of our food. The person bringing it didn't actually know what it was he was bringing. Then told we had to get our own spoons, what kind of establishment doesn't provide you with the cutlery to eat the food they serve you!!! At no point asked if we needed anything or wanted anything else and not a napkin in sight. The only reason it 2 stars is because the ice was actually nice although that has nothing to do with the staff.

Ice cream was OK. 3 sundaes ordered, mine was icy and my daughter's had the wrong ice cream (was supposed to be one of each pink and blue bubblegum scoops but received 2blue bubblegum) child's menu is rubbish and doesn't allow a child to have more than 1 scoop of ice-cream so had to order from adult menu for daughter. I didn't like it because in a certain point all the cutleries where gone and I couldn't eat my waffle and in the shop was really cold. My sister waffle was really dry.

What an absolute joke. Ordered 3 waffles and one crepe for my visiting family. To find delivered 2 waffles and 1 crepe. One waffle missing and 2 with the incorrect toppings. Phoned to complain and explain what had happened. To the rude Eastern European employee , stating there was only 2 waffles and 1 crepe to put the phone down , I am disgusted with this service , now we have to drive down to the store to prove that we ordered 4 desserts and ask for it all fresh. Not only did we pay more for delivery we are now using petrol to get our correct orders. Absolutely appalling service.

Waited 45 mins for three orders one came out in 10 mins then the other 45 mins after order after we went back up to the counter they just started making it then we still awaiting last order what a joke need more staff to couple no customer service skills when spoke to the guy looking after tables he ignored me and walked off just rude after 1hr the last order just arrived

Very bad service and they got my order wrong and when I wanted to change it looked that is was an inconvenience for them .

Food was good

The service were so bad. My girls love the food here, so I always take them here or bring take away from here. Got to say, lovely food, poorly service and rude people. It just got worse and worse. Well, need to find somewhere else to take the girls next time.

I ordered 1 cone with 2 scoops, 1 coconut and 1 blueberry but they gave me the cup one. After that, they fixed it by putting all the scoops in the cup to the cone and added a little bit coconut ice cream on top and there was no blueberry in it at all. The problem is that the ice cream had been melt already.

First time in Creams and my experience was awful. The customer service was appalling and disrespectful; one staff member in particular was very rude and intimidating.

Due to this experience I will not be coming back to creams or recommending to any of my friends. Staff members name was Sebastian.
