Wow. Lovely venue, the new design of the furniture looks great. Friendly, helpful staff and food was fab!
We Came Here Yesterday 25/2/18,It was quite busy when we walked in,We had reserved a table for my nieces 3rd Birthday there was around 30 of us,I have to say the service was so good,All the food was served together and everyone had a fantastic time,Your staff were very attentive and helpful we will definitely be returning.
Walked in after visiting the nearby diggerland. Greeted at the door and given a booth seat (was a bit cramped for a booth to be honest) I ordered at the counter (no one else waiting) and ordered 4 deserts. After looking at the vast arrays of flavours in 5he counter we arrived back at our seats and the first desert was just arriving shortly followed by the second, the next two were waffles so too a minute or two longer to arrive. Ice creams and waffles were very good, nice to see a childrenŌĆÖs menu too.
This creams is far better than any of the others IŌĆÖve been to before!!!!! ALL of the staff are very helpful and friendly.
A lovely lady called Fyin opened the door for us as we arrived and seated us. I canŌĆÖt tell you how lovely it was being greeted like this.
Food was served prompt, hot and lovely.
BEST CREAMS EVER!!
Well done team creams Medway valley park!
Really loved it
Lovely delicious food, it was great service. Can't wait to come back in the near future. Joe was a great help to our table
Great treat for the kids, plenty of choice, and rather enjoyable for the adults too ’┐Į. Lovely friendly atmosphere, we will definitely be back.
Great service, friendly staff, food arrived really quickly and was delicious. Thanks for making it a lovely birthday celebration!
Friendly staff clean and food really good for a nice treat after bowling
First visit and will be back. Lovely chocolate crepe and gorgeous hot chocolate complete with marshmallows and cream. Don't save for the kids we grown ups deserve treats too!
Brilliant place! Definitely worth a visit with the kids over the half term or at the weekend!!
Was nice. But no where near as good deserts as dockside and disappointing to not have the same things on the menu
The desserts were lovely . However we had to wait for the children's desserts and then prove with the receipt that they had been ordered.
The waitress was very good
Know where near as good as dockside pancakes small not much filling nothing gluten free on the cake side
It was our first family visit, we thought it was ok. It was fairly empty, I'm not surprised now the fad has gone. It was however a bit pricey just for ice cream, saying that we will re-visit for our son's birthday
Well we spent 30 mins waiting for a seat. Then 45 mins for 2 pancakes and that was after being told it would be 20 mins. I complained and we were bumped up the list by 3 orders.
I think you need more staff. As there were still empty seats.
Disappointed. ’┐Į
2nd time to creams ever. The 1st time was with my partner and so i decided to treat my daughter and 2 brothers. When we got there there were plenty of tables and booths as only one party was there (more staff than there were customers and they took advantage of that in groups chatting away). Was told it would be a 10 min wait before a table would be cleaned (no idea what restaurant he was looking at as to me it was clean) he finally led us away to the furthest booth.
Proceeded upto the tills where a young girl behind was complaining she wanted to go home and that she was tired. The same guy that sat us told her to "stop bitching" she could go at 5pm.
The meals came over individually by different people and my 6 year old daughters dessert was the last to come over. She was getting upset that she had been forgotten. (Probably should serve the kiddies 1st).
Got a takeaway box for my dessert and had to go to the tills to get one as all the staff were standing around chatting and not clearing away the dirty table that was there when we 1st arrived.
The young lads friend/girlfriend/family member came in and he gave her the booth by the front door for just herself and proceeded to be hunched over the table in deep conversation and wouldn't move for my daughter who asked politely untill my brother who is taller than me (over 6 foot) cleared his throat and stood there and asked again that he finally moved.
Visited Tuesday of half term with my two granddaughters restaurant was busy but had plenty of staff on duty
When we arrived there was one table already empty clean and ready to use but it took over 5 minutes for this to be given to the group at the head of the queue After 15 minutes and now at the head of the queue a table became available and as it was being cleaned by 2 staff I saw one of the staff pointing at us and then pointing at another smaller table where some of the party had stood up but some were still sitting drinking On finishing cleaning the table it was then left empty so I went and asked if we could go and sit down but was told as there was only 3 of us the table was too big and pointed at the table where people were still half sitting half standing so our wait went on while the larger table remained empty
Eventually we were indeed seated at the smaller table and asked if the table was alright ! As if I had any choice ! so I said I would have preferred the table I had asked for 10 minutes earlier and not the one we ended up with opposite the entrance door to be hit with an icy blast every time anyone went in or out
Having gone to the counter and ordered our pancakes and ice cream and drinks It all arrived individually we normally wait for all our order to arrive and eat together but had we done so the pancakes would have been stone cold . The ice cream my youngest granddaughter ordered she enjoyed however my other granddaughters lemon pancake had far too much lemon on for her taste and she left half of it (perhaps lemon juice would be better served in a jug )There were no forks in the cutlery tray and when I asked I was told there weren't any they were all being washed so I ate my pancake with a spoon
I take my grandchildren to the cinema here on a regular basis and thought this would be a regular extra treat but we will not be returning
I understand that they were short staffed today but I cannot fathom what happened today. Decided to take my daughter for a treat here while her brother and sister were seeing a film.
Queued over 10mins for a table (only one group ahead of us and I could see at least 5 empty and cleaned tables). Have up and suggested to my daughter that we get take away ice creams instead. Queued 10 mins to be served here. At the till, server took my order (which she got wrong and incidentally she got the order wrong of the lady in front). I had asked for 2 single scoop take away cones. After giving me my change, she proceeded to ask me to stand to the side and it would be 20minute wait. When I questioned this she said she was busy. I asked why I needed to wait in the queue with seated people and she said that was the way here. I advised that at Dockside when you get take away, you are made it almost straight away. She shrugged and called someone else over who confirmed the policy. I then asked for the refund which took several minutes to sort out. Surely they could have put a scoop of ice cream in a cone in less than 60 seconds and definitely in less time than the time it took to sort out the refund. My daughter left crying (but was soon placated with a 99p Mcflurry from next door). I left angry, she was upset but at least my wallet was spared a few quid. I won't be coming back to this branch unless I hear that their customer services improves! I believe that the owners of this place own the branch in Dockside. I hope they can review the take away policy here.
