Went to Creams in sidcup high street yesterday to celebrate a birthday. . Was amazed to see the birthday package desserts that served 8!! It was huge!!! Kids loved it and the staff were really helpful...thanks to Nicky and the team!! Well done!! Xx

Went in before opening and was greeted by Nicky. Really friendly and was happy to make me a milkshake to go despite the tills being out of action. Icing on the cake? Great milkshake too.

Went here tonight with hubby and kiddies must say we all had a fantastic time. Staff was so welcoming polite and very helpful kids said food was very yummy and cant wait to go again :-) will always do the travelling and stick with sidcup

We were welcomed in by two lovely members of staff. They were both very polite and friendly. Food as always is amazing!!!! Would highly recommend Cremes to anyone

Trevor was so welcoming and friendly when we came in and made us feel at home! Melisa was very polite when she served us. We will definitely be coming back 10/10 service from both thank you!

The staff are really friendly and food great. My son enjoyed his custom made waffle. Crepes and cookies also fab. Make sure you go on an empty stomach

Second time here today with a baby group the staff are really lovely especially Jack who is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him.

Really good service and love the coffee and cake deal for £3.50.

Megan and Rebecca made my visit to creams a very friendly and welcoming one. The food was top notch so good! Thank you to all the team for the fantastic first impression of creams!

Love it here, staff are nice and friendly and ice cream is fantastic. Never had any problems, grandparents and mum love it too!

I have been to many places to get cakes and a hot drink, and always looking for a good waffle, but i have to say nowhere has compared to the customer service at your restaurant. I came in looking to get an Oreo Waffle, but as soon as i walked in i felt very welcomed by your staff and a woman named Meg in particular. After I finished eating a left feeling satified with your service, and felt welcomed in your store to return, 10/10 would recommend.

I am yet to experience Creams for myself but my two sons are regulars in there and are always welcomed in with a smile by the excellent Nikki! Always reminding my sons to bring me in (when I am strong enough) and always looked after with top service. Whenever my sons arrive home after popping in on their way home, there are always well wishing messages being passed on, recommending different things to try when I am well enough. Nikki is an excellent member of staff and treats my sons like family. Nothing but five stars from me!

Had a lovely afternoon at creams today just want to say a big thank you to the lovely lady jo who served and look after us thank you xx

Cookie dough was amazing - lovely service from Nikki too - very generous with the white cookie dough sauce! Would definitely recommend �

Came in on Sunday and today, served by Elouise on till and waited by Nicky, excellent service and excellent food. Thomas' crepes today were 10/10. Will be back again soon!

10/10 really good desserts and really friendly staff. Meg in particular was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on as she served me! Definitely coming back!

Went with a few friends to try out the hot drink and cake offer - good value for money and some staff members were really friendly and helpful - Nicky particularly went out of her way to make us feel welcome and that good service was her priority. Will certainly be looking to try some other cakes soon.....

Took my 3 year old and 10 month old granddaughters for a treat. The staff where really helpful. Offered a high chair for the little one. Service was really good. My eldest granddaughter loved her ice cream. Will definitely be taking them back again

Waited for ages to be seated even though the place was virtually empty, as no-one behind the counter seemed capable of letting the front of counter staff that we were waiting. Then had to wait ages to order even though i was the only one waiting to place my order. Ice creams were nice if a little expensive but the service was dire. Wouldn't recommend it and won't be going there again.
