Wow the best dessert shop ive been to in avery long while!! The menu was amazing i felt giddy looking at it with that much choice, i will defo be back cus theres so much to choose from.. brilliant smiley helpful service too cant fault the place. Went yesterday after a rubbish meal at T.G.I. Friday’s and me and the misses loved it very welcoming and very friendly staff and quick service will 110% be going back

Staff was very welcoming very polite and professional at there jobs would recommend anybody to go to @Creams Walsall

Had an amazing experienced here this lunch time !! Am a dessert shop fan and have tried many other local places but Creams is my favourite by far. Flawless food that arrived fast and looked and tasted stunning, the prices are super reasonable and the service from all the staff was second to none. It’s a really friendly and warm place that is such a great addition to the Waterfront. Creams definitely have my sole loyalty from now on! Would come back again tomorrow ���

Had a great night at Creams after winning the Valentines competition. The staff were very pleasant and were very kind in extending the prize to include our children. The food was lovely and well worth visiting

Came here with the family and had a great experience. Desserts and icecream are of good quality. The kids all enjoyed it! The service was good and the desserts were of absolutely yummy! We will definitely come again. Thanks to the staff.

Amazing place best sundae I've ever had great service too by the guys tonite defo be back got to try everything on that menu �

Well, what can I say? It was well nice.

My sister is a regular and her boyfriend knows his desserts also tbf. I would tell someone else to give it a try, and maybe they'd agree with me but maybe they wouldn't but hey, that's life.

Was really clean, which was the cherry on the cake for me tbh � ��

Visited this place on Sunday and ordered 2 waffles a cookie dough and a Crepe. The waffles were really nice and well presented. The cookie dough I was told was also very nice but the crepe was really crispy and looked like it was over cooked. The January discount offer made it really good for value otherwise it was a bit pricey compared to other dessert places I regularly visit.

Nice dessert place kids loved it & staff were really friendly. My only gripe is that i paid over £11 for a half & half waffle, seemed a bit expensive to me xx

I was seated promptly and the meanie was explained to me and my friend. Food arrived quickly and looked great. Only downside side they used the wrong m&ms.

Came here at the weekend with family and friends. Food was delicious and everyone enjoyed what they ordered, and had the service been better this would probably have been a 5 star review. Desserts arrived at different times - some of us were waiting a good 10 minutes after the others. My main issue was one of the waiters dumping each dessert at the end of the table without telling us what each one was, rather than actually serving our food to us. Bit more training on customer service is clearly needed but aside from that, we enjoyed our visit.

£4 for a slice of stale cake and a dollop of ice-cream that tasted like sweat. Will not be eating here again. Man who served us seemed stoned and refused to look at my wife when she spoke to him.

The food was nice, no better or worse than any other dessert shop.



We wasn't happy with the service at al! We waited nearly 10 minutes to be seated even though the shop was nearly empty. The staff were to busy talking by the counter. Finally a waitress came over and seated us.



After a very basic "hello" and we were taken to our seats. We were asked if we had eaten there before and we all said no. The waitress then asked where we had been getting our puddings? We looked at each other a bit confused as we didn't know that we had to pass a test to eat there??? We answered the question thinking this would encourage the waitress to leave us alone to read the menu with a simple the little dessert shop. But we were so wrong! This inspired her to give us a 5 minute lecture about how bad the little dessert shop is and we were told not to eat there anymore and to eat at creams instead. How unprofessional!!



We found the menu quite confusing and over complicated. They were also sticky and looked quite tatty. Very different to the place were apparently no longer allowed to eat at!!



My friend went to the counter to order and pay and the pay machine took the payment without him putting his pin in. The waitress on the till (who was actually the only person who appeared professional and polite) called the manager over. The manager was sharp, both with us and the waitress. She asked us if we had paid my friend said yes. She asked the waitress the same followed by "if they haven't paid they ain't getting their desserts" like we were trying to some how steal puddings. We finally returned to our seats feeling very much like petty criminals or school children who had been told off by the head teacher.



A waiter then approched us saying they hadn't got the icecream to go with our desserts. Though a small issue on its own when combined with everything else was very irritating.



All in all a bad experience! We're going to disobey orders and go to the little dessert shop next time!

Really disappointed. We had to wait to be seated, we were stood there with staff looking at us and nobody decided to come and seat us... so we had to seat ourselves. Service was really slow, took half an hour for 3 milkshakes?!



However, food was nice and well presented.

Ignorant staff, had to seat ourself. Service was horrendous, stood at the till for 5 minutes and then two milkshakes took 30 minutes to come out which they had somehow managed to mess up the order. Joke

Disappointed today, I came in with my 2 children. Ordered a Waffle for myself, a slice of cake for my son and ice cream for my daughter.



My waffle came out almost straight away which was great, I expected my kids food to follow considering they only needed to be put on a plate/in a bowl.



Almost 20 minutes later I asked where my kids food was (by this point I had finished my waffle and had 2 very impatient kids) my daughter's ice cream came out a few mins later, and I was still waiting for my son's cake.



I still didn't receive his cake (which had been taken out of the chiller and left out) until I went back to the counter to complain.



Anyone with kids should understand my frustration in this situation.
