We went for my daughter's birthday. I shared the oreo waffle with strawberries and ice cream, my other daughter had a 3 scoop ice cream cup and hubby had a 2 scoop ice cream cup, all delicious! Will definately visit again.

User

Had a smashing time at creams in Ealing. It was my dads birthday and not only did the staff members sing happy birthday they also brought the carrot cake with a candle. Great customer service, I highly recommend for any occasion. I have to finish of with saying great thanks to Faisal and the team at creams for giving us a great time will definitely see you guys again

Dirty table, the staff were continually rushing us and were rude!! Just want to add hope someone from creams is reading this because if you scroll down reviews most of us are saying the same thing! Refunds in order!

User

Creams does the Best Waffles. My favourite is Nutella Waffle with Pistachio Ice Cream. Chocolate Fudge cake with Custard is another fav of mine.

Service is also very quick and good. The staff did all they could to help with my baby's needs, as they had readily hot water available to warm baby's milk. Toilet/ baby changing are very clean! If you are in Ealing and want really good ice cream, the only place to go to is surely Creams cafe!

User

Creams Ealing is, in my opinion, the best dessert place in Ealing!

The staff are friendly and the deserts are amazing! I love the vanilla, white chocolate, chocolate chip, caramel ice creams; the angelic sponge cake & the melted cookie dough :)

User

We always go here when my family visit London! We all love it the only criticism would be that the order never all comes together. The first person is halfway through theirs when the last person gets theirs

User

The kids love the puddings

I had a vinalla larte the coffee was far to bitter

User

We waited for our food got it at different times as one of us ordered a waffle with ice cream I'd imagine that would be done in two seconds but nope was brought to the table last. Presentation was nice but found it awkward as my daughter had a cake and it was placed on the side rather than in the middle? The chocolate cream in the middle seemed pointless and the ice cream that was put on the sides of my daughters plate kept falling off. We got one order and then was asked what we were waiting for as they'd forgotten our order..Overall I'd give it three stars.

User

Visited with my family from Blackpool. Guy behind the counter was miserable. Told us to grab ourselves some menus and find a table then to come back to counter to order. Just couldn't be bothered at all. Group of young girls walked and he couldn't have done enough.... for them! On ordering I was clear what I wanted. Order still came out wrong. I believe his name was faisel even argued that I was mistaken. Guy making the sundaes was brilliant. Probably won't visit again. Spent over £40 and feel it was wasted. Service spoiled it!

User

The toilets were filthy!!!!! the place it's self was not clean . It was not that busy at all we waited over 20 minutes for a milk shake the staff not very friendly at all -

My first and last time going into Creams in Ealing !

User

You're lucky enough to be getting 1 star. This is the shittiest place in the whole of creams franchise. The manager is a fucked up gandu guy. The waffle tasted like crap. Do you even count the fruits put on as toppings. I swear I had 8 slices of bananas and 8 slices of strawberries on the whole huge waffle. The syrup was so light as water that I could drink it. I thought mocha is a mixture of coffee and hot chocolate but you fucking served milk coffee. Seriously?

User

Y'all are nasty, I thought hmm lets try it and see what the fuss is about. First time I went hot chocolate COLD why? Waffles dry as hell and doughie? Ice cream was pretty decent tho. Then the next time, I really didn't wanna go but I thought hey can't go wrong with cookie dough. We'll here you can, uncooked? And according to my waitress they only put it in the oven for a 1min. /: so do yourself a favour people ignore the 'hype' go to Pizza Hut for a great cookie dough or Indulge in pinner for a great everything.

User

Was gutted over the experience, since seeing pictures online I was excited to visit only be really disappointed by the service of the staff. My partners dish came first, mine came about 15 mins after then our drinks lastly... none of it made any sense all was all mainly ice cream !! none of the staff seemed happy and to top it off myself & my partner were sick that evening and day after. Big let down !! Avoid !!

User

Very disappointed! I was in Creams Hounslow with my friends 2 days ago and that was just pathetic. 50 minutes of waiting for 2 pancakes with strawberries(my friends almost finish their meals) after that team member asked me about my favourite ice creams to apologize... And you know what? Ice creams never arrived.

User

THE worst dessert place ever!same goes for customer service.stay away from this place!cookie dough just warmed in the microwave.icecream used for milkshake tasted gone off!

User

Not well organised at all, place is filthy and needs a good clean, menus are so grubby and sticky,, wud love to spend a month in this place and show em how to run this place! Staff apart from one girl are rude, chatting away in their own language, felt sorry for the English speaking girl who works there,, we ordered ice cream, a slush and a waffle.. the slush and ice cream came out and 15 minutes later after my fella had eaten his, my waffle still hadn't arrived. I asked where it was, the man said it was coming, another five mins gone,, still wasn't there. We arrived as a family and cud not believe the food didn't all arrive at the same time. I got a refund in the end and asked why they sent the food out separately,, the reply was 'two different people deal with hot and cold' ,, I'm a chef!! Don't make me laugh,, it's all about communication dude!! Get ya ass into gear! There was lots of people complaining, it wasn't even busy either. Hire new staff and sort it out!!

User

Ice cream ok. The customer service is just awful. I visited today (sat 16/5),the lady on the till was the grumpiest person I ve met.she charged me 3 single cones when I said one tub,2 cones(50p difference).i spotted her mistake and I was so polite to her to take back as an answer: I can give you 50pence. My reply was:well, you should give me 50 pence, not can. And then she shouted oh oh let the guys know though..(I would steal your cone????) she didn't even apologise and to be smiley is out of question.the only helpful person was the assistant manager. I doubt if I visit it again and I live 5 mins away.

I wouldn't care for 50p,the tip would be way too higher if I had good customer service, but this attitude is not acceptable in hospitality.
