we had a ferro Roche shake it was absolutely amazing we had such a nice time with me and my family

We ate crepes with chocolate and waffles with strawberries. Both were excellent. The cafe is modern and inviting and the staff friendly. Very good value for money. Will definitely go again. Thoroughly recommend it.

Oh ma gawwdd absolutely decelerating I'm full, want so much more of that honey tea and they beatifully made Sundae by that guy with funny accent

Went for dessert, were greeted by a young little lady with messy hair who looked like she didn't want to be there. When our order came, I asked for napkins and she looked almost annoyed at being asked to do her job. No politeness or friendly demeanour. The food itself is lovely, perhaps a bit of customer training to ensure your customers actually come back!

We arrived at 10.20pm and asked for crepes the staff at till rudely said that no hot food order after 10.30pm, we reminded her thst it's not 10.30 yet and then she said "ok hurry up"

The food and ambiance was nice but staff was in rush to close and every single staff was cleaning closing than serving customers, you guys are open till 11pm so shouldn't start to rush from 10.20pm..

Staff were arguing - looked unhappy excellent service though by guy who seated us -ice cream was lovely

Service quality is not as it has to be, when it's busy means stop looking after the customers

Although the dessert itself was OK (nothing spectacular) the staff looked like they didn't want to be there, the music was far too loud and to make it worse on what was not such a busy period there was one table with the loudest diners - shouting and laughing it was the most unpleasant experience. They really brought down the tone of the place. I won't be in a hurry to go back!

Waste of time sitting for 40 min and didn't got served.

Worst waitress ever 😮. I Came in with my daughter around 6pm on Thursday, when not too busy and was sat by window by a small girl with glasses - No smile and Minimal communication. We decided to move to a booth away from the door as it was cold. The waitress looked at us as though we had insulted or put her out. We ordered waffle deserts. (didn't get first choice as they were out of apple pie, but the girl on the till was still helpful). When served the desert by the same waitress, it was again with no words or smile just a blank, miserable face. 🙁

We couldn't finish it all so asked for the half a desert to be packed to eat later. Only to have a box thrown on the table and then the girl just walked away, without uttering a single word... The most rude waitress ever!!!

I'm shocked this waitress is employed here. As she knows nothing about customer service or manners!!

On the good side we enjoyed our deserts. I came back the following day as my other daughter misssed out. Only to be served by the same waitress. 😱.

Exactly the same expression & lack of service.

My children are the only reason I will return here, but I will not hesitate to speak to the manager or ask to be served by someone else if I am served by this waitress again. Astonishing behaviour!!! 👎🏼👎🏼

The people working there were polite and well mannered , however the presentation was a total disgrace. I ordered a sweet and simple crepe , by the time it came the icing sugar was melted , couldn't even taste the icing sugar infact. My little cousins ice cream was dripping down the sides of the glass, my mum and auntys whipped cream was melted and smothered around the plate. I have no problems with 12 year olds but the shop was full of them and they were making alot of noise. It was absolutely atrocious!

Not Happy with the service me and my friend Jantybeth Johnson got last night we arrived at 10:15pm last night to be told we could only get takeaway when on the website it states you are open till 11pm i had come from stanford-le-hope for this to be back chatted by a certain member of staff getting mouthy when we wasnt happy that we couldn't sit down saying we have homes to go to etc - im sorry but if your not happy to work your hours then get a different job its not the attitude to have when the place was dead only about 3 customers in there which had already got there food. it only take 10 minutes to cook the food and 10 minutes to eat so would have been in there around 25 minutes max .. we eventually got seated after being told the people behind will have to have a takeaway but then they was seated straight away i didnt get the name of the women working but she is pictured in one of the photos on this page.. very not happy and would never recommend this place to anyone as the staff was rude except the manager and one other lady..
