Our arts degrees are forward thinking and outward looking. We are focussed on realising the potential of your creativity in a supportive environment.

At our University Centre Campus in the city centre you will be embedded into Leeds’ creative community, we provide you with the network and opportunities to develop your practice by giving you real world experience of working in the creative industries, and providing the enterprise and employability skills to develop a career in the arts. Collaboration between creative disciplines is encouraged, and students regularly work with students from other creative disciplines, and students come together for trips, group projects, and visiting lecturers.

You will make your work in the real world, each year there are opportunities to present your work publicly and to the industry, you will be introduced to a wide range of galleries, theatre companies, photographers, artists, designers, games developers, filmmakers, creative businesses to help you to develop your practice.

All of the staff that will teach you are practitioners in their field, and bring their current expertise and industry knowledge to support your development on the course.
