I heard them talking about customers once they have been and gone, being quite rude about them ,there was one lady( customer) talking and one member of staff rolled there eyes I felt quite intimidated and wonder if to come back there as I don't feel like I can talk to them about the smallest thing as they might decider to talk about that too hope this helps x D x
