We had a bathroom suite installed three years ago. Since then:

1. The white bath panels have become severely discoloured. This is despite the assurances that Creative gave us at the time of purchase that the panels had been treated and would not discolour.

2. The sink has been installed incorrectly. Water is retained at the bank of the sink shelf instead of draining forward into the sink bowl.

3. The bathroom cabinet has been installed incorrectly and as a result the panel at the bottom of the cabinet is cracking.

After tiring of making numerous phone calls only to be told that an agent would visit us to look at these defects (they never did) we visited the showroom again. The store manager was appallingly rude to us and agreed that these defects should not occur but refused to do anything about it. Avoid these cowboys at all costs!
