Our business is driven by Jason Mountjoy with in excess of 20 years experience who is drawn by a vision of providing straightforward, consistent service on a face-to-face basis to clients. We are privately owned but choose to work in partnership with Positive Solutions. Our relationship enables us to offer clients local expertise whilst providing them with the reassurance of knowing that we are part of a nationwide organisation and the added reassurance that brings.
Jason began working as an independent financial adviser, with an emphasis in pre and post retirement planning, employee benefits and tailored Investment solutions on behalf of a diversified group of clients, ranging from private individuals to charities, partnerships and limited companies. This has provided him with a wealth of professional experience involving both corporate and individual clients. Jason works hard to provide a sound, professional experience in what is often a difficult and intimidating market; using his experience and expertise to clearly explain and secure the best results and ensuring clients receive advice that meets their immediate and long-term goals.
Jason has also attained considerable experience in enabling acquisitions from one off main residences to large commercial property, frequently through complex structures both onshore and offshore. In addition, Jason has cultivated a wealth of trusted and dependable affiliated Professionals who have become part of an extended team focused on delivering bespoke finance solutions to an array of clients.
We are also pleased to introduce our latest team member Lisa Bishop.
Lisa heads our General Insurance Department, and specialises in Home, Contents and Let Property Insurance. She brings over 17 years experience earned working for local Plymouth broker Peter Goord.
With the emphasis on friendly, down to earth advice, Lisa is taking our trade mark customer service standards to a new high, and we are delighted to have her on board.
