We’ve been working with clay today in Blackhall Library ❤️🎨

Tonight in our Horden group we’ve been learning about Mandala art work and having a go at designing our own. You’ll be seeing more Mandala designs over the next few months as we’ll be designing these onto pebbles for the community garden for everyone to enjoy...

And that’s the design complete for the platform art to be created by Vane Tempest Clas ❤️🎨

We had another great afternoon in St Mary Magdalene’s Primary... learning about Seaglass with Paula from Peblesrock and planning our station platform set for our heritage coast funded project ❤️🎨

Our friends at Projects4change are doing an amazing job!

Lots of planning and ideas for Horden Young Citizen Seniors for their newspaper and blog. All in order to get young peoples voices and opinions heard on issues which affect them. Watch this space for some exciting and inciting writing from the group...

'Set in Seaham' is a fun, family event brought to you by Seaham Youth Committee in association with Creative Youth Opportunities and CreativePop.
Join us on Sunday 30th June in Seaham Town Park and Town Hall for interactive performances, music, art workshops, stalls, activities and much much more... and help to create a Seaham inspired piece of art work!

A couple of months ago we met with the lovely Bumblebee Group from Westlea Nursery for their Town Hall visit when they met our friend Popple and created this great art work.. it’s on its way to Seaham Town Hall soon ❤️🎨

Our first event as CreativePop was great... working with my pal Popple is always fun ❤️

A excellent start to making weatherproof mats for those who are experiencing homelessness, making cornflake cakes and giving them to the community who access the church with our Alive Wires group tonight. All part of project ‘Kindness’ as sometimes it is just nice to be nice! Well done guys you were all fab and we can’t wait to see the finished product

kids had a fab day today thankyou very much . we really enjoyed watching them

Visited numerous activities arranged and provided by Creative Youth Opportunities and they have been great. My 3 year old has thoroughly enjoyed every event we have attended

Thanks very much for the activities you have put on for us over the six weeks holidays. We have had an excellent time and loved every minute. You kept every child entertained with your very friendly staff.

My daughter and I took part in the Crafty Cafe session and really enjoyed it. We love Erica's bird house she made.

Loved stories in the park today at horden welfare park but would love to see u doing stuff at blackhall park I think it would prove very popular �

I love the events put on by these guys. The team are so friendly and welcoming and the children have an absolute ball!!!
