you are all so caring about all our pets I would not rust any one else to walk my dog Charlie , Charlie loves Hayley jones so much and he knows when she is on her way xxx

We have been REALLY impressed with Creature Comforts Cheshire!



We had a different walker VERY briefly and were concerned they were expensive, cutting us short on walks and our dog didn't like them or seem exercised.



THEN WE FOUND THESE GUYS!!!!



They are extremely professional, accommodating & flexible at short notice (when we forget about bank hols/half term especially) and have so much advice and knowledge which they are happy to share!

We have a difficult, small, noisy dog who has his issues but Amy (his usual walker) and Gemma have been amazing with him and us and he is getting better weekly.

We have been directed by them to a 1:1 trainer who is also fantastic and after a few sessions has made a huge difference also.

Amy also responds and trains our fella accordingly and does what she can on his pack walks 3 times a week. We are so happy with Creature Comforts Cheshire!



These guys know what they are doing and love their jobs. They are always so kind and genuinely happy to see our little guy and we know without doubt that he is in safe hands and most importantly, happy!

Ollie has just been to stay with Amy and absolutely loved it! We couldn't have chosen anyone better to look after him. Lots of attention, long walks & cuddles. Amy updated us everyday on how he was doing and posted lots of pictures. Ollie is happy to be home but I know he'll miss Amy's dogs dearly�. Thankyou so much Amy for taking such good care of him.

After having some initial concerns about home boarding my dog Charlie, both Gemma and Amy took the time to help us. They walked Charlie with their own dogs to ensure he became familiar with them prior to his stay. After assessing Charlies needs they recommended he would be happier staying with Gemma and her two dogs. Gemma took him for an overnight stay to see how he got on and he settled really well. Charlie has just come home from a week’s stay with Gemma and her family and had a whale of a time. He has a new best friend in Mira the boxer who loves to play even more than Charlie. We decided to continue with their dog walking services to help Charlie socialise with other dogs. I have never seen Charlie so excited as when Gemma turns up to collect him on a Monday morning. we are now looking to book again for him to stay in September.

I knew i was onto a winner when Effie one of my precocious ladies attached herself like a broach to Gemma when she called to meet them and find out all about their routine. Gemma dropped in the see to my three cats whilst I was away for the weekend instead of putting them in a cattery where they sulk for days when I bring them home. Today I came home to three happy playful cats who aren't stressed by my absence. Plus lots of lovely photos on Facebook for me to look at when I was away to be sure they were contented cats. Would recomend to anyone.

I have used Creature comforts for the past few months at first just for the odd day but I was so impressed with their service and how they look after my dogs as if they were their own. I now have Gemma walking my 2 Newfoundlands 4 times a week. I think the look on my dogs faces and how happy they are to see Gemma when she comes to walk them says it all. I also have my dogs booked in with them for a week while I go on holiday, knowing I can go away knowing I am leaving them in the best possible hands.

Gemma has been an angel in helping me with my cat Fidgy who has diabetes - she is always there to care for him whenever I am away with work, on holiday or just simply getting home later in the evening and even posts pictures of him on facebook as she knows I worry about him - I would recommend Gemma and her team - a first class caring service

Creature comforts are reliable, honest, passionate about animals and flexible! They offer various services, even home boarding! I've used this a number of times, and makes those nights out more enjoyable when not having to rush back, or familiarity when wanting a holiday away without your pet :)

Creature comforts have been walking our dog sponge for a few years now and they are consistently excellent. Sponge loves his walks with Rachel and I’ve never seen him get so excited every time he hears the car pull up. My family have had to visit me a lot In hospital over the last few months and she’s always willing to give him an extra walk or two just to break up his days in the week. We’d be lost without her. Thank you Rachel !!

Creature comforts have been visiting both are dogs for over a year now all staff have been amazing and we would not trust anyone else to support us with checking on them each day while we work

I have witnessed both are dogs becoming really excited when are dog minder Hayley arrives and she is always happy to provide lots of kisses and cuddles.

Gemma the owner is very supportive and has always been accomidating to us

she also regularly keeps us informed on how are dogs have been and i look forward to the daily photos showing my babies on website each day
