Wow, Wow, Wow!! I found myself needing help this year, with looking after my 3 cats, (all very different from each other), so I had to find someone who could cope and understand with 3 different personalities. I've known for some time about the service Creatures Great & Small provided, so I went to enquire. All of the staff were extremely friendly there, but the lady I was looking for was Charlotte Tacey - she is wonderful. Charlotte came to the house (on time) and immediately, I felt at ease with her. Every day, Charlotte communicated with me and even sent me pictures of the cats, so I knew they were safe and sound. It was a worry of my mind, knowing that I can trust Charlotte to make sure the cats were ok. I would recommend Charlotte to anyone who needs their pets to be well looked after. I will be asking Charlotte, time and time again to help me. Thanks Charlotte.
