The guys at the garage were really knowledgeable & it was my first time getting a car MoT with these guys. Very clearly explained the breakdown of the costs & were upfront about the fact that MOT costs were slightly higher than other garages. I'm very pleased with their customer service & Adam even followed up the next day with a quick phone call. Will definitely go back again to these guys!

Crescent Garage are one of the few honest garages i have come across in the Warwickshire area. Previous garages have always "exaggerated" the true damage and cost of my vehicle, whether its an MOT or a parts failure, however i have always felt a true and honest policy derive from every employee at Crescent Garage.

They have have never left me with any doubt that i am leaving with a car that is in top shape or a job that is half done. It always helps that their prices are always reasonable also! This will always be my first garage of choice for any problem!

I am very impressed with Crescent Garage, quite possibly the best customer service experience I have had in the UK. This garage have communicated well, have been very transparent about work needing to be done (and pricing) and seem to care quite a lot which is always nice. Adam took the time to sit down and explain everything to me which I appreciated as I'm not very good with cars.

They are thorough, gave me a good price for things and picked up on things that I never would have known otherwise, such as the fact that my tyres were quite worn. It's really good that they seem to have my safety as a priority; if they had not picked up on that then having a tyre blow out could result in a nasty accident... but luckily they always seem to pick up on these things.

I will be using them and only them from now on as I know I can trust them to both do a good job, charge reasonable prices, and also keep my car roadworthy and safe.

I broke down today on my own an hour from home and I was very fortunate to google this garage nearby. They went over and above to help me today which was really appreciated. They gave me a great rate and all in all had me back on the road in less than 40 minutes. Great family run business, very friendly with excellent service, I would recommend to all. Thanks again guys! Adam (the owner) and his team are very amenable and highly professional. Their service ethic is excellent, and they are a local family business providing a high quality service at competitive rates. They have a commendable 'can-do' and customer-friendly approach, and I recommend them strongly.
