5* service from Barrie in our F&B Team

We stayed here the night before our flight nearly a year ago and it was a lovely hotel. It was clean, spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. My partner booked me into the spa which is situated within the hotel for a surprise and I had a fantastic time, we also ate in the restaurant and had a lovely steak. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel very friendly and helpful staff. Room very clean perfect. Fantastic value for stay park and fly. We will definitely use it again and certainly recommend it to all our family and friends. Well done

Hotel is pretty old school and very much a business/conference hotel would have been a three star if not for Barrie at the bar. Absolute five star service. Bar got busy and was very hot but Barrie showed five star service throughout. Travel for business frequently but excellent service is rare and makes the difference and should be recognised.

Great stay staff all very friendly bar staff very helpfull even at 2am the only gripe I had was the bed not very comfortable. Check in and out very efficient. The whole hotel very modern and comfortable .

Attended a family funeral yesterday. staff were amazing.

Food and service was exceptional.

Amazing unintentional stay as we had a cancelled flight. The airline wasn't helpful with accommodating us and threw hiccups all along the way but Andrea... the wonderful Andrea on reception helped us along the way, sorting things for a very stressed mumma! Above and beyond what she needed to do!! Emma was equally as fab when Andrea wasn't about.... oh and the room, food and friendliness of everyone was top notch!! Thank you so much!! Xo

We stayed overnight before our flight to Cyprus. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport in a taxi which was included in our hotel and parking deal. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food. Our room was very clean and comfortable especially the bed which had a mattress topper and lovely pillows. The only complaint we had was we didn't get our morning wake up call.

We stayed here last January on the way to the airport due to a very early flight. Had a lovely stay. Nice room very helpful staff.

The hotel used to offer a great service where you could leave your car at the hotel and collect it on your return from holiday, taxi too and from the airport.

Looked to book it again for this year no longer offer the service a real disappointment, we will no longer use the hotel unfortunately.

Unfortunately I have not had the best experience with breakfast room service. Everything else fine, food nice, staff lovely, good housekeeping.

Little hiccup with room, but given another room with no problem, and much much better, breakfast was busy so had to wait for a table, but it was worth the wait. Had a great night at party!

I really loved our room. We stopped there in a group of 11 before flying the next day. Our room was a family room. Which had 2 double beds and a single. It was very roomy and ideal for me and my husband and 2 teenage sons. Bar staff weren't so friendly but desk staff were great. All 11 of us were placed near each other too. We all ate and I personally wasn't impressed but some of our party was. All in all, I'd deffo stay there again short term

Great service from Polly from initial booking until the day. 90th birthday party. Well looked after at the venue by all staff. Only downside really was the canapés served during drinks reception were too large and overpriced.

Came here for our works Christmas night out.... Dine and disco on Saturday 9th December..... Dine was basic.... Very dry potatoes and turkey slices but disco side was brilliant.... A fun night was had by all.... DJ was fab plus we won the quiz which we won a nice bottle of fizz.... Drinks prices at bar bit expensive.. £7.10 for glass of wine!!! I suppose it's to be expected for hotel prices.... Would come again as next time we know what to expect.... Staff were all excellent, friendly, polite and helpful.

Rooms are OK but restaurant is quite poor. It's takes a good 40mins to get served and the at least an hour to get your food.

Come to the party nights regular and have fab nights usually. This was music from the movies. Sound system for the duo singing was really bad all you could hear was the backing track all crackle and squeaking. DJ fab as usual though. Batter on the chicken well over cooked almost broke my tooth and chicken really dry. Bought 3 bottles of the same wine throughout the night charged £20 each for two of them and £24 for the other. Maybe need to start looking else where for party nights.

A nice hotel, the staff were really friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and we're pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The only issue was just how small the rooms are, there was very little space to walk around the bed, which squeaked badly every time we turned over during the night.

not going to lie ,, the bed in the room was the worst ive ever slept on ,, anywere ! and the shower in the bathroom was barely a trickle , overhaul , dissapointing , sorry.

However food was appalling. Stone cold chips, uncooked cold burger. Everyone on our table sent food back and couldn't eat it when we finally got it.

Staff were lovely, music was good and we enjoyed the night but may as well not bother with the food
