Polite staff friendly helpful an the food is top notch never had better fish an chips ever. You will return once you've been or ordered id put money on it.

Order every night nearly and forgot something nearly order can't be took correct as can't understand them

I put two stars simply because I didn't get it to even try it ordered a large Parmo phoned up at 7 o'clock ordered it for 8:10 when I got there after picking the wife up from work it has still not been cooked that means I would have had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes not acceptable at all that's why this is a negative review

Best parmos and piza by far I always order there wouldn't go any were else

the crispy cod is local to me and I order for the kids on a friday tea time as a treat, the food is nice but the customer service is appalling!!! I ordered the food over just eat for collection was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, went to collect and stood in a cue for 20 minutes and they made the food when I was there?? what's the point in pre ordering! tonight ordered from.just eat and they missed a garlic bread off the order! it's a shame because the food is nice its just badly ran and the staff are rude!

Only giving 1 star because I have to give a rating to leave a review. Regardless of the fact that the food was half decent, the attitude of the staff is horrendous. After getting home and realising the order was wrong and phoning to query they basically argued that they were right and it took around a 10 minute conversation to get them to agree to replace the food. Once we got back to the store to pick it up we had to wait another 20 minutes until it was ready. The girl who took the order on the phone was even ruder and argumentative in person. The manager of the place just hid out of the way and didn’t say a word. Will never order again and would advise anyone else to think twice before going there. Horrible place.
