A Lady with her partner came in to our shop tonight (29/12/18) at 21:20 who were sitting on the sofa while waiting for their order. We believe this is her wallet as it was found where she was sat. If this is yours or you know of the owner please message us via Facebook or call 01908 511222. We would like to get this back to its owner!

We'd like to wish our customers a very Merry Christmas

We've recently received a telephone complaint about one of our drivers "driving as if she was on a dual carriageway" down the High Street/Market Square in Hanslope. The alleged incident took place around 20:00 this evening, we have spoken to our driver and she has acknowledged someone has made gestures to slow down and she assured us that she was neither driving dangerously or speeding as described by the caller.
Furthermore she claimed that she was a journalist for the Dail...y Mail and threatened to give us a negative image via her profession. We don't feel that it is fair on the Crispy Duck to be blackmailed like this nor that we we're not able to get a word in whilst being on the phone to her.
Those that are familiar with the area will know that it is hard to get up to any kind of speed without giving enough time to check for hazards, such as people walking though the parked cars on either side of the road, children, pets and other road users coming in and out of driveways. Thus it is hard to believe that our gentle-souled driver who has children and pets of her own would be driving dangerously or breaking speed limits as that would threaten her ability to work and provide for her family.
Any complaints are taken seriously so that we can keep providing the best service to all our customers, however in all the years of the shop being open- we have not had a single complaint about any of our previous/current drivers until now. As we deliver hundreds of orders every week and most are pleasantly surprised with how competent the drivers are in getting the food to our dear customers.
We are not by any means perfect but we do try our best and give it all we got!

We just want to clarify to our customers that any mistakes we do make is not delibrate, in any services there will be human errors that may occur and here at the Crispy Duck we do our best to rectify any hurdles/issues that we come across to the best of our abilities until you as the customer is satisfied with the situation. If having sorted out the issue, are happy with the way we handled the situation and have accepted our apologies. Please when writing out a review for us consider that we are all human and are prone to making some mistakes now and then. Even machines get it wrong sometimes!

Head chef Isaac making a new batch of curry paste for our curry sauce, a 10hr slow cooking process with real herbs and spices for a great unforgettable taste!

We regularly order from here - the food is good value for money, very tasty, always delivered within the time stated and the delivery staff are lovely and friendly.

We have ordered from The Crispy Duck lots of times but our order tonight was exceptional. Arrived at our door in just 14 minutes and was all freshly cooked and hot even though I 'customised' some of the meals! I'm usually quite picky with Chinese food and where we get it from, but The Crispy Duck is defo one to order from.. Delicious and never fails to disappoint! �

We have had great food each time we order, the vegetarian selection is good too.

Very happy with the very tasty food, always quick and on time, good portions.

Staff are always happy and polite.

Tonight was my first irst time using the Crispy Duck.

Absolutely loved it. Really generous portions, and the food is SOOOO tasty.



There was a slight mix up with the order but they rectified it immediately with no problems.

The reason I sacked off my last Chinese delivery place because they were way less accommodating when they messed up 2 different orders.

This Chinese is amazing. Highly recommend. Restaurant quality rather than the over MSG'd take aways you get round Milton Keynes!

First time i have used them. Won’t be the last. The chicken and ginger was lovely. The Malaysian Sambal is a new favourite thing.

First experience was great. Friendly staff made my phone order, no hassle ordering, free prawn crackers, hot & on time delivery, friendly delivery guy, very tasty & remembered dietary requirements, not greasy at all, would definitely recommend highly & will be ordering again for sure! �

Eat from here a few times a week opps but it's so tasty highly recommend just finished my usual meal such great service and super quick delivery

Been looking for a good chinese since to a new area. And I was pleasantly suprised. Very good service, polite and professional

On the phone. Food tasted fresh and authentic. Best chinese I’ve had in as ling as I can remember. Also deliver was within 30 mins to Wootton (Northampton). Which was impressive.

If I could give 10 stars I would.
