The product is accredited with a fatwa from the Sharia Supervisory board of Al Rayan bank (formerly the Islamic Bank of Britain) - the product is the UK's first Sharia compliant investment product specifically designed for individuals (ISAs and SIPPs) as well as a group pension solution. The strategies opened in March 2010. The service is also being used for personal injury monies and funds from Court of Protection cases offering the UK's only fully Sharia compliant investment and cash management solution.
