CRJ Lettings is a small independent letting agent based in Chichester. Run by landlords, we offer a flexible service for other landlords alongside clear, fixed pricing: we charge just £99 per month for full tenant find and ongoing property management. We offer an unrivaled level of transparency by listing all our service levels and fees on our website. There are no hidden extras, admin fees or 'markups' and we currently do not charge VAT. We take pride in providing good quality homes to our tenants as well as a great service to our landlords. We also offer landlords free consultations, whether they already have a portfolio or are just starting out and write a bi-weekly column in the local property paper; offering information, stats, stories and advice regarding the local property market (also available on our website's blog and they'll be posted on here too).
