Croft Care Group is a family owned group of companies, established in 1991 and specialising in the care of elderly people in the North of England.

We have 5 care homes situated across the North of England in Cleckheaton, Huddersfield, Gainsborough, Normanton and Shotton Colliery.

We provide full support or just a helping hand depending on your requirements. We can even offer support for people who are the main carers and who may need a break away from the home.

Contracts / Funding:
Croft Care Services is contracted as an approved provider of care for both Wakefield Council. 95% of our service is provided for and funded by Social Services.
