We are a family based feed mill that strives to make quality feed customised to our clients on farm needs. We are searching for someone on a full time basis.... This person MUST be able to work consistently and self-organise a hectic work load not just for yourself but others whilst ensuring your work is correct as well as others around you.
Main Duties Include: PA to Director Ensuring the customers are attended too and their needs are met to the best of your ability and customer liaison upon collection Organizing and ensuring all orders and deliveries are correct and out to customers on time efficiently Ordering raw materials and other items to keep the business functioning Quality control for our certification (UFAS/FEMAS/QMS) General office duties including; emailing, typing letters Confident telephone manner
Liaising with work colleagues to keep organisation to the highest level
The job role is for someone who has a dedicated attitude to work within a small family run agricultural business and will strive to make the best out of the business. The office itself has a laid back casual approach, no uniform is expected to be worn.
