To make the 50 Best, we had to impress a mystery diner who visited unannounced and marked our shop on over 40 aspects of the business from quality of the food and customer service to cleanliness and value for money.
With the pass mark set high at 97%, this didn’t stop us, we scored a fantastic 100%!! The mystery diner particularly praising our customer service and quality food. Our report stated that “The service was welcoming and friendly” and “The fish was excellent”

i live in blackburn,but lived in farsley all my life mum still lives on cherry trees every time im over at hers, first thing i say can we have fish ans chips for tea, so i come all way to farsley to the croft street chippy, love the fish and chips there, top quality great service and amongs all great fish and chips

So, we went to Scotland along the west coast for a few days and I had Fish and Chips both nights. Thank god I'm back to Farsley so I can have some real tasty, well cooked Fish and Chips. Keep up the good work....

I don't eat Fish and Chips very often. I always get them from Croft Fisheries on Croft Road which is convenient as it's only a short walk from my house. .If it was further from me then I wouldn't hesitate to travel to it. There's nothing worse than soggy oil saturated batter and them it gets worse when you cut it and have to search for the �fish with Croft it's full fish with crispy batter and chips cooked to perfection. .Do take my word for it and give it a try,you'll never go anywhere else.

First time I have had fish and chips from here. Always heard good reports and I must say I am well impressed and so was my fussy eater teenage son.
