Rabbits can benefit from physiotherapy too! This is the very lovely Mistletoe-Snowgoose, who is visiting the ARC for weekly K-Laser and physiotherapy sessions. Mistletoe has hindlimb paralysis, most likely caused E.Cuniculi, but is responding well and will hopefully be up on his feet in no time!
Brave Harry has taken to the underwater treadmill like a pro! Who said cats don't like water!

Yesterday, one of our bravest patients had his first session on the underwater treadmill. Little Archie was run over by a car several years ago and sustained serious injuries to his pelvis and back legs. He had several major operations and had to learn to walk again. Archie now runs around with his best buddy, Wilson, and comes to the ARC for regular physiotherapy to keep him active. He did brilliantly on the treadmill and we were very proud of him! Well done Archie!
Ever wonder how a water treadmill works and how it can benefit your pet?
