Cromwell Crown Hotel

WE stayed here for 2 night, good size room, we had a double bed and a single bed in the room and a good sized bathroom. It was clean and tidy. Very convienient location, 5 min walk to underground station and shops, waitrose, boots, starbucks, burgerking etc, walking distance to science and history museums.

This is my 7th time visiting London and this is by far the best hotel I've stayed at! Nice and clean rooms, nice staff and close to the underground! The only thing bothering me, is that I was woken up really early by constructioners working outside..



Will definetly stay here the next time I go to London!

The room was sufficient for our stay. It was clean, though not entirely spacious.

Perfectly situated close to underground for heathrow and center london. Friendly stuff. You get what you pay for

Very nice staff, very nice clean rooms plain but ok carpets badly need replaced in the bedrooms but hey your not sleeping on the floor. English breakfast?? Ok if your not me very fussy. Scottish breakfast hahahaha Toast and jam? lovely .

Not the best. Small room, no facilities. Bathroom Nice, well located. Stairs at front to hotel all black be careful if hard of seeing (like me) .suited our needs but won't be back again.

Good location. Proximity to Clouchester Road tube station. Picadilly Line goes all the way to Heathrow. Close to museums. Hotel is inexpensive and good value for money. I had breakfast included, but that could be purchased down street at restaurants at even less money. A few of the staff could have their English improved. (Maybe Russians) Overall impression: ok ! I could stay there again.

Stayed one night. Bathroom looked modern and it was clean, but the shower was broken, bath was cracked from the bottom so the water flooded on the floor, no spoons available to stir the "coffee" (not even when asked), beds very uncomfortable hence could feel the springs through the mattress and on top of all, toilet was blocked. Good location though but unfortunately based on this experience, cant recommend this.

It's not The Dorchester, but it's not Dorchester prices, friendly staff, very small room but clean, decent bathroom. You get what you pay for, it's very conveniently situated.

What a wast of an hotel do not stay there. Room was bad. Food was poor. And as for trying to call or email them. No chance in hell getting a hold of them. Most of the staff did not know what there were doing. I for one will not be going back.

Very small rooms, the shower doors were broken, the shower was full with fungus and it was dirty � the reception personnel was very kind. And it was close to the Royal Albert Hall...

The worst hotel I have ever been because they pushed you to change your room nearly every night!

Stay away!! Very tiny rooms on eco, my room was lik 1.7m*1.5m, bathroom/toilet was so small that u could not move in there. Bathroom and hallways stinked like shit/sewer. Room was icecold so i needed to sleep with cloths on. And aircondition/heating did not work. Breakfast was not good, old dry, hard bread and pastery. Wouldnt stay there again even if i got it for free.

Stay away! We booked for two night but left after an hour. Tried to complain but staff walk off! Room to hot Air con did not work, Shower tray overflowed. Staff sat on our window sill smoking and talking loudly. Pint pearling and show prints half way up one wall!!! Finally pulled back bed to try to get a few hours sleep and the bedding was stained and had hairs in it. Waited 1/2 hour to complain and staff walked off. Stayed elsewhere. Complained on booking . com and received the following reply this morning: 'We are very careful about our cleaning standard and our house keeping team is always here to assist. It's not possible if guest complain about cleaning and we don't take action on that.' You have been warned!

Rooms were TINY! For two adults and a 3 year old we had a really tiny room with a double bed right next to the window on the 5th floor. The window was slightly open and it wouldnt shut! Was worrying with a small bouncy child!

The staff were quite odd as in we stood waiting for 5 minutes right in front of them to check in and they just sat behind the desk chatting.

The paint behind the bed was peeling off the wall and there was also some damp!

Really would just pay the extra and go to somewhere better.

Nothing else to say other than terrible......STAY AWAY!!!

Never coming back here! Complaint 4 times in one week about broken AC and nothing happened.

The first time some handyman came and checked it out but he didn't speak a word in English, said something about an electrician coming the next day but he never came.

The staff barely spoke English and were not helpful at all

Stay well clear of this hotel - the staff don't give a shit, don't clean rooms, have cockroaches!!!!!

Had to give a rating to post this otherwise it would of been a minus figure!

How dare you change my rating. This place was unresponsive to AC issuse, lied to about fixing, i dont care attude. Ruined vacation. Dont stay here....
