ordered some hammers and received them within 20hours, certainly cant complain at that.

Placed an order on saturday (12/11/2016), they were quick to take my money and send a 'conformation' e-mail, they promise next day delivery or 3-4days if it has come from supplier, had no further comunication from them regarding despatch/delivery. E-mailed them and no reply, rang up, got through, been on hold 20mins as apparently i reached the wrong department!! Have tried to ring a further 2 times and it just rings off, I will never order from here again!!

Placed an order on 30/10/2017 been sent 2 items still waiting on another 3 items.Have sent 2 emails , no reply been trying to get through for 2 days but constantly on hold , call another number they can't help me . Been on hold since 8.30 this morning , this is ridiculous , not good customer service at all . Will not purchase any other goods from Cromwell.

Placed an order for 2 Bosch 10.8v drivers, waited weeks for the items and only received them after chasing numerous times including trying the local store who said they couldn't even help with an alternative Customer Service number (on hold for ages then just cut off). Eventually received the drivers after a number of emails and delays waiting for a response. Cromwell said there'd been a mix up.



Both drivers have lasted less than a months use before developing a fault that makes them useless. I've been chasing replacements now for weeks. Again, the Customer Service line is no use, I eventually get diverted to reception who can't do anything, other than say they've highlighted it as priority/urgent and promise a call back that day. I've been told that 3 times now. Still no call and still stuck with 2 faulty drivers.

Honestly if they didn't look to be such a big company I'd think i was dealing with a sham trader selling faulty goods and avoiding any customer contact.

Bought a Dutch hoe off them. It bent and snapped second time of using it. Sent proof of pictures and purchase order. They would not accept that it was bad quality and said it has been used so cannot do a swap or refund.



So wont be buying anything of them in the future. Very silly, considering they have lost a customer over £20!!



There are better companies out there. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT CHEAP ITEMS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE.



Interesting how the £20 refund they could provide back will do them more damage in reputation than they could ever recoup. Shows how narrow minded they are.
