CROSSFIT LEICESTER
In our modern day society we are more sedentary, less physically active, eat more nutritionally poor foods and have a limited amount of free time. This sedentary lifestyle has taken its toll on our bodies, leaving us energy deprived, inefficient, and injury prone.
CrossFit Leicester takes an innovative, integrated approach towards attaining real world fitness. Our highly efficient, universally scalable fitness program is the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. Coupled with corrective flexibility techniques, nutritional guidance, and ongoing support, our members will move better, feel better, and enjoy a healthier lifestyle.
What is CrossFit??
CrossFit is a “back to basics” type of training. Compound functional movements allow members to meet and exceed their fitness goals in a short time period. There are no stationary machines or weekly repetitive routines —the program is constantly varied providing a new challenge each day.
CrossFit is a combination of metabolic conditioning (running, rowing, jump roping), gymnastics (any bodyweight exercise), and weight training (power-lifting, Olympic lifting, kettlebell techniques), with a time or task oriented domain. We work towards becoming proficient in all ten components of fitness:

CrossFit Leicester is not just a health club or a gym; it’s a community and a way of life. All training is instructor-based, whether through group classes or one-on-one. WE ARE SUPPORTING THE YMCA WARM CLOTHING CAMPAIGN - A BIJ Report found last year 440 homeless & vulnerable people died in the UK - January was the deadliest month in which 33 people died. We are looking for donations of GOOD QUALITY WARM CLOTHING, Such as COATS, HATS, SCARVES & GLOVES to help improve the lives of vulnerable and homeless young people. #winterwarmer
