Here at Crosta & Mollica our delicious breads are made in bakeries the length and breadth of Italy; from the toe of the beautiful south, right up the boot, and to the mountains in the north. When we plan to work with a bakery we insist on three things; authentic methods, good honest ingredients and great taste. The bakers that we work alongside are passionate and proud not least because they know that we love the bakes they make day in day out.

It seems that everywhere we go there is something delicious coming out of the oven and we are delighted to share this with all of our family, friends and fans of Crosta & Mollica.
