Crown Kickboxing

Don't forget our Tiny Warriors class starts this week! Especially for 2 & 3 year olds, those taking part will able to learn pre school development skills and have lots of fun! Starts this Thursday from 9.30am until 10am.

It's Monday! Which means a whole new week of classes to get involved in! Tonight we have Diddie Warriors (4 - 6 years) 4:15pm - 4:45pm, Little Warriors (7 - 11 years) 5pm - 5:45pm, Sparring 5.45pm - 6.30pm and Adults (12 year+) 6:30pm - 7:30pm. Perfect for if the kids are getting bored during the Summer Holidays and you're looking for a fun activity to keep them occupied!

It may seem obvious but many people still don't drink enough water when training! Make sure you give your body the water it needs so you can give training 100%.

Big thank you to everyone who took part in our poll recently. We are pleased to announce that we will be launching our TINY WARRIORS class on Thursday 23rd August from 9.30am until 10am. Especially for 2 & 3 year olds, those taking part will able to learn pre school development skills, balance, co-ordination and basic kickboxing skills all while having lots of fun! Limited spaces are available so reserve your space, £5 per person.
